-Sams POV-

I took a deep breath and walked downstairs where mommy was taking a nap on daddy's lap and Aiden was on the floor playing with daddy's phone.

I cleared my throat and daddy and Aiden looked over at me. Aiden quickly looking away and daddy smiling at me a bit.

"Hey baby girl. How are you feeling?" He asked in a soft voice as not to wake mother.

I walked over into the front room and stood in front of them.

"Daddy could you please wake mommy up?" I asked and he tilted his head confused.

"Mommy has had a lot of emotional stress Sam. I don't think that would be bes-" I raised my hand to stop him and he did waiting for me to say what was needed.

"It's really important." I said and daddy stared at me before nodding and slowly shook mommy awake.

He looked up at daddy and whimpered softly as he rubbed his eyes slowly sitting up, once he saw me his ears flattened and he curled up in a ball on the couch keeping his eyes on me.

"Mommy, Daddy, Aiden. Mainly Aiden and Mommy though." I started and Aiden looked at me confused as did mommy. Daddy just shrugged going along with it, most likely wanting to get on with the point as every dad does.

"I have writing this speech/letter, to explain to you why I have been acting the way I've been." I said and took a deep breath. "The reason why I have been this way is because of our friend Kevin. Every time I'm with Kevin, Aiden always comes over and he gets all of the attention. I really like Kevin and I feel like Aiden is taking him away from me. So I apologize for not being a good big sister." I finished up quickly and looked up to see Aiden still confused and mommy with tears in his eyes.

I blushed deeply and quickly ran upstairs go hide away as that was the most embarrassing thing I have ever done but it needed to be done.

There was soon a soft knock at my door, "yes?" I called out and mommy soon walked in with a smile on his face. I quickly looked away and hid my face as he sat down in front of me.

"Sam" he said softly and picked me up placing me in his lap and hugged me close, "why didn't you just tell me this was over a boy?" He asked softly and I hugged him tightly.

"Because its embarrassing." I mumbled into his chest making him giggle softly.

"Well I appreciate you doing that. Though Aiden doesn't truly understand what you mean by it. I understand you want Kevin to yourself but there is a simple way of doing this." he said and kisses my cheek gently. "You could just ask him out" he giggled softly and held me close and I hid my face in his chest.

"B-but that's even more embarrassing!" I said and continued to hide.

"It will be alright baby. Just don't think about it to hard" he said and kissed the top of my head gently, "lets go downstairs. Dinner is almost ready. At least from what daddy says." He smiled and I nodded. He picked me up and carried me downstairs to daddy and Aiden playing some weird game, Ninja if I'm correct.

'I'm glad I have this family. I'm also glad that I have Aiden. I promise to protect him always. Now....What do I do about Kevin?'
