After getting dressed my maid Impa came back to get me. My sister and mother were the first ones outside the castle near the front gates. "Good morning mother and sister." I said. "Morning Touya," Isabella says and picks me up. "This is going to be your first time outside the castle grounds, aren't you excited?"

"....." I kept a straight face.

"You'd rather stay home and read wouldn't you?" She asks and I nod. "I thought so." I was about to reply until my father and two guards walked towards us. "I see everyone is here, we should get going now before we're late." He said and lead us to an elegant carriage. It was as big as an eight-seater car if you ignored the horses. It was decorated with white paint and gold engravings, royal blue curtains on the inside visible from the outside.

Coachman bowed to my parents before opening the door for them, my father stepped in first not even bothering to help my mother inside. I rolled my eyes and jumped out of my sister's arms and went to help my mother inside. She pregnant and the damn bastard didn't even have the decency to help his wife.

"Watch your step mother," I said and helped her in and did the same for my sister before getting inside myself. "Thank you so much Touya." She says with a warm smile on her face. She was about eight months pregnant so my little brother or sister should be born next month during the summer.

"Touya," My father starts, I roll my eyes. "I'm going to need you to be on your best behavior while we're at the picnic the Duke is hosting." He say's, his green eyes piercing into my aurora borealis colored eyes. "Fine." I said. I crossed my arms and slumped back into the seat. "That's not the proper way for a princess to sit."

'Well you can go and suck a dick!'

Ignore him and look outside the window of carriage watching building pass by, child out and about with their parents pointed at the carriage and waved at me. I looked back at my father who was sitting infront of me reading important documents. I quickly waved back to the kids outside.

"Touya," My sister whispers and took out a book. "I brought a book on how to create spells just incase you got bored." She hands me the book.

"Have I ever told you how much I love you-"

After what felt like forever we finally made it to our destination. The carriage stopped infront of a nicely sized two story mansion. A tall man with his black haired slicked back is the Duke of the Rosenthal household, Vincent Von Rosenthal. Next to him is a woman with platinum blonde hair and amethyst colored eyes, his wife Morgana le fey Rosenthal.

My father was the first on to step out of the carriage and helped my mother out. He probably only did it for image, the two of them don't even sleep in the same room much less show any kind of affection towards one another.

"Your majesty, I'm honored to be in your presence!" The Duke says and he and his wife bowed. "It's a pleasure to be here, I heard your oldest son is turning eight soon? I'm He would love to meet my daughter Isabella." Father says. "Of course your highness! It would be a delight for the two to get to know eachother."

Isabella just stood behind mother messing with the helm of her dress feeling very uncomfortable. I grabbed her hand and gave her a gentle squeeze.

'New mission acquired! Protect Isabella.'

I went back to reading my book when the Duke took notice of me. "This must be Princess Touya,"

"Yes, this my daughter Touya. A genius may I add!" My father say's. "She currently training in the arts of the sword, and once she turns five I'll be personally training her with her fire magic." He says proudly. He doesn't even know if I'll have fire magic or not. I might have water magic like my mother or ice and water magic like Isabella.

"I actually have a daughter named Morgan who is around Touya's age. Follow me, the picnic is hosted in the backyard." Vincent says and takes the lead with my father walking beside him while my mother and the Dukes wife start having conversation of their own.

"Victoria it's been too long!" Morgana says happily. "How's life begin queen treating you?"

"It's fine, the highlight of my days is seeing both of my daughters getting along with eachother." Mothers says.

I zone out as I continue reading my book while Isabella pulled me along.

Can't I just take a little nap?
