Jihoon squeezes through the large crowd of people.

Woo, school festivals sure are something!
He thought to himself as he finally gets a breather after somehow stepping out of the crowd. He has no idea how he did that either. The stall was way too full now that it's noon, he didn't even spare a second glance to it and just pushed himself towards a less populated area, the staircase at the end of the corridor.

He sighed and pulled out his phone from his pocket, hovering his fingers over the screen and quickly typing a text to his best friend.

JIHOON
Hyung, I've been waiting for half an hour already, where are you?

HYUNSUK HYUNG
Yes, I'm sorry!! I'm getting there! 2nd floor cosplay cafe, right?

JIHOON
No, uh, I'm at the staircase at the end of the corridor in second floor.
The cafe was way too crowded so they kicked me out.

HYUNSUK HYUNG
LOL
Alright, I'll be there in 2 minutes!

'Kicked out' is rather an exaggeration. He was only kindly requested to leave if he's done with eating since the small classroom-sized cafe had no more space for the long waiting line of people. Jihoon sat there browsing his phone for a few minutes.

"Jihoon-ah!" He lightly jerked his head towards the very familiar voice.
He groaned, "5 minutes. 5 fucking minutes. You surely took your sweet time, hyung." Hyunsuk let out a nervous laugh, "Yah~ sorry, I just got busy with my class' booth! Why are you even that mad?"
"You have no idea how close to death I was out there!" He pointed towards the cafe he'd been waiting in, for his hyung, "Moreover, you invited me here so you should be more responsible."
"Okay, okay! I'm so sorry, Jihoon-ah~ I really tried but we were short on staff!" He looked up at the taller guy with puppy eyes, receiving a disgusted look from the other. "Anyway, let's not waste more time and visit the other stalls!"

Jihoon nodded. "Hyung, didn't you say there was supposed to be a piano performance too?"
"Hm? Yeah, do you wanna go there first? It's being held in the auditorium right below this floor." He said pointing downwards to the floor.
"Yeah, I am not really in the mood of going around. I'm just... A bit tired after being squeezed to death in the cafe. Take me there, I wanna loosen up and relax for a bit."

Jihoon bit his lower lip, he couldn't say he wanted to go to the piano performance cuz of someone he took a tad bit interest in. Hyunsuk gave him a questioning glance, usually Jihoon would prefer to move around playing and talking to people rather than sitting still listening to some boring classical music, but maybe he really was tired. He tilted his head and led the way. Jihoon followed.
