It was a new morning on planet Earth, it had been 5 years since the last and final time the Calamity gods fought Darcy, since both humans and Amphibians began to coexist with each other. Now fully grown adults, Anne was now teaching people about Amphibian biology, Sasha became a therapist, and Marcy made a web comic that tells her whole story in Amphibia, it helped her make enough money to move back to the US to live near her friends again. As for Polly and Sprig, well, they became adults to and moved back to Amphibia, and Sprig and Ivy got married, while Polly started making cool contraptions. Life was really good so far. And as before, the trio still had their calamity powers, Marcy had finally let her powers out and started helping people now that she was getting over her guilt. Things couldn't be better. Anne was busy flying at light speed around the world. She was trying to push her powers even further because it is something she likes to do in her free time, along with dating her girlfriend Sasha. She soared through the clouds and across the ocean. "Alright, let's try this again!" She said as she tried to fly faster than last time, trying to break her last record, she flew so fast she was almost going past light speed, she was essentially the fastest person alive. But then suddenly, her phone buzzed, she took it out and noticed it was almost time for work. "Oh, well guess I'll try this another time." She said as she flew towards the city and arrived at her work building, as soon as she landed, her armor disappeared, she went inside and clocked in, she looked at the clock and said "Just on time." She arrived at the Amphibia section. And then she prepared to greet any kids that would come inside. Later, a bunch of kids interested in Amphibia showed up, well, that's what Anne thought, the only real reason they were here was to meet her, she was a worldwide hero who saved the world alongside her friends from a deadly hive mind, twice as a matter of fact, she was basically a celebrity. As she was talking stuff about Amphibia, the kids just would not stay quiet, one of them said "Hey! Can we see your armor?!" Anne replied "Is that really necessary?" And then the kid said "Please?!!" And Anne sighed and said "Alright fine." And then, activating her powers, her calamity armor materialized. The kids jaw basically dropped and they said "You look so cool in that!!" Anne thought to herself "It's gonna be a long day isn't it..." Later that day, Anne went back home from work after having to deal with to many kids who were really only interested in her and her powers. She went inside and got on her phone to text Sasha.

Anne: Hey Sash, what's up?
Sasha: I'm all good, how was work today?
Anne: Same as usual, the kids love us way to much, but hey, I don't mind, as long as they don't ask me to use my powers to much then it's all good.
Sasha: Well, during one point in therapy, I met a really strange boy who didn't seem like he was from our world, went by the name Hunter or something.
Anne: Oh, another dimension? Sasha, you may have just found a new life form from another universe.
Sasha: Looks the deity was right about the whole multiverse thing, but to be honest, I don't wanna get to involved in that stuff just yet. Anyway, Marcy has been doing really great, it turns out her calamity powers have also increased her brain power even more, she was already a know it all genius before, but now, not only does she know everything, but she can even predict people's every move during chess games! Pretty cool right?
Anne: It's like Neo from the Matrix!
Sasha: Heh, yeah. Anyway, wanna hang out later at some point?
Anne: Yeah, totally. I'd love too!
Sasha later turned off her phone and sighed, she and Anne have been in a relationship for 5 years, yet despite now being adults, they still haven't gotten married yet, but one day that will change, Sasha just needs to find the right way to propose first. Meanwhile in Amphibia, it was nighttime, Sprig was sleeping with his wife Ivy. But then, while he was sleeping, he suddenly had a bad dream about the death of Hop Pop, and how he was killed by Darcy. Sprig woke up screaming, he calmed down as Ivy woke up and looked at him, she asked "What's wrong?" And Sprig said "Oh... nothing, just, a bad dream about losing Hop Pop again..." Ivy looked at him and said "Oh, another nightmare, I understand." She hugged him and said "Let's just go back to sleep." But then Sprig said "Don't you think Anne and her friends have been away for a little too long? I'm starting to get worried that due to their new jobs and stuff, they've been unable to visit. I'm starting to feel a little worried..." But Ivy said "Don't you worry about that, they'll never stop visiting Amphibia, even if they won't be able to visit as often as they used to, I know this doesn't mean they won't visit ever again." She kissed him, making Sprig smile, Sprig looked at her and said "Oh what did I do to deserve you?" And Ivy smiled and said "Let's go back to sleep, besides, Prom is next week, and I know that Anne and her friends never miss a Prom night, we'll see them by then ok?" The couple proceeded to go back to sleep. Meanwhile back on Earth, Marcy was busy selling more physical copies of her comic, lots of people were reading it since it tells a lot about what happened to the Calamity trio back in Amphibia, also, Marcy's stab wound finally healed, well, sort of, it was really just a scar now but at least she didn't have to worry about cutting it open anymore. Marcy was busy playing competitive multiplayer video games with tons of people on her PS5, she was using her powers to predict their every move, one of the people said in voice chat "I swear if you use those powers of yours-" But then Marcy casually avoided getting shot at and she instantly fired back and one shot the dude, the guy on the other end screamed and smacked their desk and shouted "Fuck this! Your powers make the game unfair I quit!!" They instantly quit the game, Marcy chuckled and said "Causing people to rage quit is actually more fun then playing the game normally." She then sat back down and started drawing some cool cover art for the Calamity gods. "Every good superhero needs super good looking fanart." She said as she started drawing. As of right now, life for the Calamity gods couldn't be any better. And they wouldn't have it any other way.
(So this was really just an introductory chapter, I'm still currently coming up with ideas on how the main story should go so don't expect me to make a new chapter tomorrow.)
