Chapter Two

Liam POV

Today is the day that we leave for the beach. It's going to be a long car ride, especially with the boys. They always get antsy and whiny when we're in the car for trips more than 30 minutes. We're leaving out at 6:30 am the plan is to just not even wake them up when we leave. Otherwise, they'll be grouchy. It is going to take us 24 hours total to get there. We plan to drive 12 hours today, stay in a hotel and then drive the other 12 hours the next day.

I'm currently helping Louis load the van up and make sure the car is stocked with snacks, drinks and since at least Harry will be in diapers for the trip, I make sure we have plenty of changing supplies and extras on hand in the back of the van as well. Harry still has to sit in a car seat because he doesn't meet the height requirements yet, plus he is small for his age. We also prefer him to ride in one since the accident. We make Niall sit in a booster seat as well for his safety. Zayn also sits in a booster seat, even though he fights and pouts everytime. Some might say were overprotective but when you lose your parents due to a car accident, and your baby brother was severely injured from that same car accident, then you would be too, especially since the car seat is what protected Harry.

"Hey Li. Can you do me a favor?" I hear Louis ask me.

"Of course, Lou. What is it?" I ask him.

"Can you grab the pillows and blankets were taking and get them set up for the boys please? I'm going to run in and grab Zayn and get him buckled in since we're all loaded up.

I nod my head and go inside to grab the bag that has all the blankets and pillows. I put the pillows in the back of the van, the booster seats and car seats have padded head supports so we don't need them in the car, we just need them for the hotel (we all have that special pillow we prefer to sleep with, plus we always end up needing extra pillows in the hotel anyway). I put the boy's blankets near their seats so that we can cover them up once we get them buckled up. I also grab the boy's car bag; which contains activities for them to do, there dvd player and dvds, there handheld game consoles, etc.

Louis gets Zayn buckled and covered up while I go and get Harry and get him buckled and covered up. Lou offers to go get Niall, so I go ahead and get in the passenger seat and get my phone set up to play music and my gps app.

Zayn POV

I wake up because of a wet feeling on my lower half. I look down and see that my joggers are wet. I had an accident. Unfortunately for me, Louis noticed I was awake.

"Good morning Bubs. You sleep well?" Louis gently, smiling at me.

"Good. But Lou, I need to tell you something." I whisper while blushing.

"Of course Zee, what do you need to tell me?" He asks me looking at me for a couple seconds through the rearview mirror.

"I don't wanna say." I tell him, too embarrassed to actually tell him.

"Bub, you know that you can tell me anything. No judgment ever." He tells me.

"Can we pull over please?" I ask him bashfully.

"Of course, we'll stop at the next station. Do you need to potty?" He asks me.

"Sort of. Can we just drop it for now?" I ask him. I mean I know I can't keep it from him, he'll obviously see the wet spot on my pants as soon as he gets me out of the van, but I can prolong it at least for a little while.
