ONE YEAR LATER
its been a year since harry went back to work and has been happy to go back to a normal routine and louis started school at the new school year and anne has been happy to take care of HJ
"louis if you are coming we have to go" harry say
"im done where is HJ" louis says
"Here mommy" HJ says as he runs to louis as louis picks him up
"be a good boy ok daddy and i will come back as soon as we are done" louis says
"ok mommy" HJ says as harry takes him from louis

"i know come on lets go before we are late" harry says as they go to the main house
"nana" Hj yells out as harry puts him down and he runs to anne "where gampy"
"he is coming" anne says "breakfast is ready"
"let me help" louis says as he goes to the kitchen and helps plate and soon robin gets to the kitchen and louis places the plate on the table as they start to eat and soon louis and harry leave the house and go to the court room and see the attorney
"louis harry" carl says as they all shake hands "are you ready

"lets go we are in courtroom 7" carl says as they walk to the courtroom and sit down
"case number 45dfaf4sd56f4 ambulance company against harry styles" the baiiff says as the harry and car walk to the the table and sit down as the judge walks in
"have you all been sworn in" the judge asks
"yes your honor" everyone says at the same time
"so we have the case that the ambulance company and 2 workers are suing harry edward styles for damages and pain and suffering for the accident that was cause on july 23" the judge says
"yes your honor" everyone says
"joseph state your opening case" the judge says
"you honor we are here to prove that mr styles was negligent and is responsible for the accident that happened at the date in question my clients employees both suffered injuries due to this negligence and were out of work for 2 months after the accident we are suing for the replacement of the ambulance and pain and suffering and loss of wages for the 2 employees" joseph says
" carl" the judge says
"good morning we are going to prove that the ambulance company was the one that was at fault of the accident we have video proof from my clients vehicle dash cam and video from the cities camera that clearly stated that the driver of the ambulance was not looking when they crossed the intersection and that the lights and sirens were turned on after the accident occured we have records that the ambulance in questions was not on its way to an emergency call the face that the driver and passenger in the ambulance were out of work for 2 months does not compare to the emotional damage that they cause my client and his husband their friends and family my client missed his husband pregnant and subsequently the first 3 months of their sons life including loss wages for the year that my client was in a coma" carl says
"thank you carl" the judge says "joseph please call your first witness"
"i will call the passanger of the ambulance john" joseph says as the guy walks to the stand "in your own words can you tell me what happened the day of the accident"
