Stiles POV

I heard the doorbell ring, I went to open it and saw Isaac. He had a bag with his things I'm guessing. But when I saw his face and neck I became furious. HOW COULD DEREK DO THIS. He's taking advantage of Isaacs's past making him vulnerable.

Isaac just looked at me with this look that pretty much says 'it's ok.' Isaac always brushes things off even though it's very important. I just sighed and said "come in my dad said my aunt was ok with you coming as well. "thank god" I heard him mutter. "I'm sorry, I should have let you stay with me, what happened to you is my fault. I am seriously sorry." there was a short pause. "It's not your fault it's mine for pushing Derek's buttons." "in no way is this your fault, but here put your stuff in my car we will leave first thing tomorrow" I smiled. He returned the smile. "you are gonna have to wear one of your scarves that you seem to like until you cuts heal. The face one we will think of an excuse." "I thought you hated my scarves." He joked, and I laughed "I do, but I don't need anyone questioning anything." He just smiled and he followed me to my room. We set up a little blanket bed for him and we went to sleep.

The next morning we packed any remaining necessities said our goodbyes to my dad and went off on the long road trip ahead.

We switched once in a while to drive so I could sleep or he could sleep. We talked a lot and Isaac told me about the Derek dilemma. I can't believe he had to go threw that again. I absolutely hate Derek.

We made stops at certain sites that Isaac wanted to see it was actually a really fun trip. But it felt like it took forever.

But it was a nice nostalgic moment when I saw the Welcome to Mystic Falls sign. Made me feel happy, and relieved in a way. It took a while to find which house it was then we found it. I felt a weird feeling like I was home. I turned to Isaac to see he was asleep. I honked the horn. "GAH, what the heck Stiles." he groaned. I just laughed and saw the house door open.

I quickly grabbed Isaac's scarf from the back and threw it at him. So he could put it on, to cover up the claw marks. I got out of the car first, as soon as I was out I was ambushed by my cousins "Elena! Jeremy! It's so good to see you again." I could see Isaac step out of the car tiredly. "We missed you, Stiles!" Jeremy said. We pulled away from our hug. I then saw Aunt Jenna. I went to her and gave her a quick hug. "Well, it's sure good to be back" I smiled "oh almost forgot this is Isaac." He gave an awkward wave. "Nice to meet you, Isaac." My aunt said. "same to you" Isaac responded with a smile. Then Elena and Jeremy Greeted Isaac. We then got our things and stepped inside. "So I had Jeremy, Elena, and her boyfriend clean out the attic for you too. So put your things up there." Jenna said. "Okay cool- Wait BOYFRIEND, since when does Elena have a boyfriend and why did nobody tell me." Elena laughed a bit he's not my boyfriend, just a friend." "mhm" I muttered raising my eyebrow. Isaac rolled his eyes "simmer down little." I looked up at him shocked "rude, I am not little your just freakishly tall." He rolls his eyes again "your just jealous."

I tried to push Isaac but he didn't budge. I full-on leaned on him trying to push him, but he didn't budge. I could hear the laughter at my failed attempts to move in. So I jumped on him making him fall over with me on top of him. Laughter broke out around us. I and Isaac ended up joining in too.

Jenna knew she made a good choice when she let them come over and let the edge, of the Gilberts. As we got off the floor Isaac's face had a bit of blood dripping his cut must have opened again. "oh shoot" he said as he touched his face. Jenna came in concerned "Do you need a bandaid, want me to clean it, or is it a stitches kind of cut, shoot..." Isaac turned a bit red " Aunt Jenna it's just a cut I'm sure he just needs a bandaid, sorry she's new to this parenting thing she stresses for the smallest things." Isaac just smiled "A bandaid would be good." Jenna nodded leaving the room. Jeremy faced Isaac "how did you get that cut anyways it's kinda deep?" Isaac started to stutter trying to think of something to say. I leaned on Isaac answering for him "we went on a hike and a tree branch scratched him, so shall we go to the attic." I heard Isaac take a deep breath. "ya ok up here" Elena said and we followed her. It was pretty cool roomy definitely. "there's probably some spiders up here but that's fine right, ya you'll be fine." "ooh that might be a bad thing, Isaac's terrified of spiders I mean you'd think he would be fearless for the fact that he's a 6'2 Alpha male you know?" Isaac just burst out laughing, I gave him a wink. Jeremy and Elena looked confused but just joined in laughing with us.

Jenna came in to see us all laughing. She smiled and walked in giving the bandaid to Isaac he said thanks. I put it on for him since I'm a great friend ;)

Elena then said, "I'm going to hang out with some friends at the grill you guys wanna come?" I and Isaac just nodded being pretty hungry. "Nah I'm good but if you could drop me off somewhere else, it's on the way." "Ya sure I said I'll drive" We all went down telling Aunt Jenna we will be back and all got in the car. I then drove to the grill.
