The Grill

Isacc POV

We had dropped Jeremy off at some place wasted to sure what it was but I honestly didn't care, want my business. We got to the grill and entered. Elena immediately spotted her friends and led us towards them.

"Elena... You never told us you had such cute cousins. She told us all about you, well one of you." Elena just rolled her eyes. I could see Stiles wink at her, and I cringed. "This one is my cousin, Stiles," she said pointing to Stiles "And that one is his best friend, Isaac" I just nodded.

She gave me these weird I'm assuming flirting eyes. I just stared at her giving her an innocent smile. Stiles then sat down next to the brunette I sat down next to the flirty blond. Didn't really want to..oh well. Elena sat next to stiles.

"Elena introduce us!" The blond said staring at me lovingly. I wasn't really used to the attention I never really took myself for a 'hot guy. The guys in this town must be ugly. "oh..right this is Bonnie." She said signaling to the brunette, I gave her a smile and a tiny wave. "And that is Caroline." She said pointing to the blond.

I turned to her awkwardly saying a short "hi" and stiles just waved. The waiter then came around asking what we wanted eyeing us skeptically mostly Stiles. "Hey Matt, I haven't introduced you yet..this is my cousin and his friend, Stiles, and Isaac." He gave a warm smile. "oh, hello um anything I can get for you all." I looked around and Stiles ordered some food. Then Elena ordered Bonnie, Caroline, and me. I just got an orange soda. He then came around with the drinks and kinda talked with us for a bit. He was nice I liked him.

He then left coming back a bit later with the food, then left again. Elena kept checking her phone a lot. Stiles noticed asking "who are you texting el." She looked up from her phone, "oh, no on-" "her boyfriend, Stefan he's really hot and so is Elena, literally the power couple. Caroline interrupted. "unless someone takes that title." I could feel Caroline's eyes on me. I was very uncomfortable but I didn't know how to say anything so I kinda stayed quiet. "Caroline, maybe don't scare away the new guy. It would be nice to have some new friends here." Bonnie then said. I kinda smiled at her, relieved. She returned the smile. I could tell Caroline wasn't happy with that little interaction between me and Bonnie. She kinda rolled her eyes at Bonnie. I could see her give caroline an apologetic look. I just sipped my orange soda awkwardly.

I could see Stiles attempt to flirt with Bonnie. She was not having it. I kinda laughed at Stiles's bad attempt to flirt, "Shush Isaac watch how the master does it." He tried to put his arm around Bonnie, but she immediately pushed him off. I laughed. Bonnie started laughing too. We made short eye contact but I looked away.

We continued to talk Caroline sent more than enough signals that she was interested in me. I kinda ignored all of them. I felt bad about it though. But after a while, some guy walked up to our table. "Uh hi, guys?" I saw Elena's eyes light up as she looks at him. Stiles looked at him suspiciously. "And you are?" Stiles asked. "Oh I am-" he was then interrupted by Caroline "that's Stefan the guy I was talking about before." She seemed to also be directing her statements to me most of the time. Stefan just kinda nodded at Caroline not fazed by her interrupting him. "Hey Stefan, sit please I could introduce you to these guys," she said with a smile.

He then sat down at the only available seat, next to me. I greeted him with a smile which he returned weirdly. "So, this is stiles, my cousin." Stiles looked Stefan up and down as if examining him. "Hello.." He said slowly. "Uh hi?" Stefan returned awkwardly. Stiles somehow could make any situation awkward. "And that's Isaac stiles' friend" Elena finished. I tried to give a welcoming smile but he didn't return it. He just stared at me for at least 6 seconds. I just turned away trying to avoid the awkward eye contact.

Did he think I was gonna steal his girlfriend? Cause he didn't look too pleased with me. Whatever I brushed it off.

We went on like this for a bit. Caroline was flirty, bonnie was sweet, Elena not really paying attention to me, and Stefan acted oddly dry towards me. Didn't know what that was about.

Me and stiles decided to head out and get some rest. Stefan decided to do the same. All three of us exited at the same time. And just as we got out of view. I was pushed against the wall with a stern voice saying "why are you here?!"
