Part-28: Painful night

There was a thick silence in the jeon house. Very unusual, because even after so many years they still used to behave as kids always bicker with some or the other thing. Everyone was present including jungkook's parents who were not so happy with the current situation.. but stood silent for an explanation because they didn't wanted to jump on conclusions.. as they were the only one elders present there because tae's parents were out of town. Complete silence except few sounds of munching which were by the little new baby who was oblivious to the tensed environment and was getting fed by Taehyungie or in his words his mummum

Ronwoo: mumum..chu..weatt..
(he said while carefully turning the spoon towards her)

Tae: no baby. I'm not hungry, You-

Ronwoo: pweaase woo..wansh.fweed.chu..
(he whined)

Tae: um.. okay.
(And she took the spoon in her mouth giving him a little smile)

Mrs.jeon smiled sadly looking at duo because even if the baby is cute, even if they both look happy, she can feel the sorrow of her daughter-in-law. Her miserable eyes shows it all. She knows it all how that cute little child who once never let anyone come between her and her kookie is now trying adjust with a baby who calls her kookie as his father.. And she isn't his mother.

She is a woman too.. she knows it all how it feels when your love becomes complicated; when husbands hide things.. or when they cheat. Is it? Did jungkook cheat on her? So many things were bubbling in her mind.. but she can't express them. She can't burst on her son, Because she trust him.. alot. Even if the child says he is jungkook's baby and if it's really his baby then also she knows there is something which they all need to know.

And a lonely tear left her eye. Which she quickly wiped off harshly and cleared her throat gaining everyone's attention.

Mrs.jeon: Tae baby take him upstairs and let him sleep. Okay.

Taehyungie nodded her head and picked the baby.

Tae(to Ronwoo): is woo sleepy?

Ronwoo: nu-uh..mwe.. wanna.. pway..wif.. mummum.. (he spoke lowly)

Tae: but baby it's late now.. and good boys sleep early right? Are you a good boy?

Ronwoo: yeshh..woo..ish.gwood.b-boi.. (pout) bu-

Tae: okay okay.. let's make a deal. How about you sleep now and tomorrow we play a lot of games with everyone hmm?

Ronwoo: weally.. we.. wif..pway..?
(He asked cutely showing his big doe eyes)

Tae: really promise. Now will you sleep?

And ronwoo nodded excitedly jumping in her arms.

Ronwoo: bwut, woo.. shweep.. wif. Dada.. mummum.. (he pointed towards jungkook and tae)

Tae: okay baby we will sleep with you let's go.. ko-kookie will you.. (she hesitantly asked)

Jk: I'm coming.. (He hastily told)

Ronwoo: bwye bwye..gunnite..evvyown..
(he waved at everyone in the room smiling widely who returned it to him)

And they left to their room. Jungkook tried taking him from Tae but he clung to her rejecting jungkook.

Taekook entered their room without sharing any words with each other. Because all Tae was doing is answering the little one's silly questions who was very excited. And jungkook was really really impatient to have a word with her. He doesn't care what people think about him or what the world think about him. All he actually care is what his love; his wife think about him... and he prayed hardly so that Tae doesn't misunderstand these things.. no he can't just let any silly misunderstanding ruin their precious relation he wants to clear everything.
