We moved Jackson and Addison to their dorms and have been in Australia with Grace, Griffin, mom, and dad for six months now. We are leaving out tomorrow and heading back to our home in Hartford.

Finn is worried about leaving his mom and dad. I am even worried about it; they both look very fragile. We tried to get them to fly back to Hartford with us and stay at our house.

Griffin said no; he said when his time comes, he wants to be in his homeland. Grace did promise us that when Lola's baby was due, we could fly in and pick them up; they would stay with us for a couple of weeks.

Lola's baby girl is due in five weeks, so we will be flying back to pick Griffin and Grace up in about three weeks, maybe two, because I can't miss my first grandchild's birth.

Finn and I gathered our things and loaded them into the limo; we went down and helped mom and dad to the limo. Our parents are getting older, and we know it won't be long before they are gone.

I don't know how to live in this world without my mother; she was all I had when I was little. I am so glad she and dad finally came to their senses and got married.

Once we arrived at the airport, we loaded onto the plane. We took our seats and fastened up. Mom was happy when the flight attendant brought her pop tarts and coffee.

Most of the people from our little hometown have died. We lost Taylor three years ago, Miss Patty two years ago, Babette passed eighteen months ago, and Maury followed her six months later, Luke died two years ago.

That was really hard on mom and even myself when Luke passed away. Kurt is still as crazy as ever since he took over Taylor's position when he passed away.

Gypsy is barely getting around anymore. The weekly town meetings stopped after most of the town was gone.

The main group is the thirty-something gang. Most kids who didn't marry and never got lucky as I did would join that gang but not me I got out of there.

Finn and my life has been a wonderful one for a great romance story. I look over at him and he smiles at me as he squeezes my hand. He is perfect he knows what I need no matter what. Like how he knew to squeeze my hand.

Don't get me wrong neither of us is perfect we have our flaws that drive the other crazy, but we just deal with those crazy flaws and make each other happy.

He hates how my hair is always stopping up the shower drains, and I hate how his body is always so hot like his body temperature I have to sleep with fans in our room because he is so hot I wake up sweating.

But instead of arguing about those, we fixed the problem and moved on. He bought me a huge fan and I bought a sink drain plug to catch all my hair I empty it after every shower. We raised our kids on learning to compromise, so I hope that helps them with their marriages as it did with us.

Lola is married, Griff is getting married in three months, and Drew is also engaged; his wedding is in eight months.

Jackson and Addison will be married hopefully after they graduate college, but I don't know because Bryan has already talked to us about proposing to Addi.

Finn said he had our blessing to propose but asked him to wait until they graduated. Bryan told us that he would do his best, but he couldn't promise us that because he was in love with our daughter and had been for over five years.

Jackson has been talking to Finn about proposing to Lorena who he has been dating since elementary school. She is Logan's daughter, and they have been together for what seems like forever. Jackson goes on their family vacations, and she goes on ours.
