1 package ((1T)) powdered
pectin2 1/2 chips juice
3 T lemon or lime juice3 1/2 cups sugar
Combine pectin and juice in a pan.
Stir constantly.
Bring to boil and add lemon/lime juice and sugar
Bring to hard boil for 3 minutes
Remove from stove
Store and skim off foam
Full sterilized jars and seal with paraffin
