𝑨 𝑫𝒓𝒆𝒂𝒎 𝑪𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝑻𝒓𝒖𝒆 || 𝑻𝒔𝒖𝒌𝒊𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒎𝒂 𝒙 𝑹𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓

2. First Day

1st person pov:

It's been a week since everything last happened. I've become sort of accustomed to this new life of mine. It was different, but I liked it. My new parents ran a bakery shop and I had a little brother as well. However, none of them ever criticized me or would shame me. My new parents were loving people who gave me new delicious treats from the bakery everyday. My new little brother looked up to me and would always follow me around like a little puppy.

I felt happy for once. I felt loved.

Today was the day I was gonna meet Yachi again. After I got released from the hospital, we met up and we had a lot in common. She was also going to attend Karasuno so we had also decided to walk together everyday when school started. We became instant best friends and I loved hanging out with her.

It was the morning so got up, got ready, and headed down for breakfast.

"Good morning sweetie, how was your sleep?" my mom kindly greeted.

"Good" I replied back.

"Are you gonna meet Yachi today?" my dad asked.

"Yeah" I said, sitting down.

"Well you should eat a lot then, I wouldn't want you get hungry" my dad said as he gave me a delicious looking pastry.

I was still scared of gaining weight due to my past and I looked at it hesitantly.

"Are you okay onee-chan?" my little brother asked tugging on my arm.

"Yeah.." I said giving him a small smile. I knew this was a different life and I wanted to make the best of it. I wanted to let go of my past, so took the pastry and finished it. I had forgotten how good food could really taste.

"Do you want some more?" my mom asked.

"Yeah.. yeah I do please" I happily said as she handed me another pastry. I looked at my new family all happily conversing with eachother. It was all I ever wanted and it made me so happy.

After breakfast I headed out saying bye to my family. I met up with Yachi at a nearby mall. We shopped together for what seemed like hours. We got to know eachother even more than before and I felt like I could open up to her. She was different from my past friends, who i knew were using me due to my parents assests. As we were walking, we walked by a store with what seemed like an anime merch store.

"Is that an anime store?" I accidentally said out loud

"Oh yeah it is! They have aot, demon slayer, jujutsu kaisen, tbhk, Rising of the shield hero, and pretty much everything" Yachi exclaimed.

"You watch anime?" I asked her surprised.

"U-uh well only little..." she nervously said.

"REALLY ME TOO!" I excitingly jumped. I then realized I had just told someone about me liking anime. I began to panic because back at my old school a kid got outcasted for liking anime. I didn't want to be them so I just minded my own business pretending not to know anything about it.

Yachi gave a little giggle. "You wanna go in y/n?" she asked. I sighed in relief. I overthinked everything again and I forgot this wasn't my old world. "Yeah!" I exclaimed.

The anime store had all the anime from my previous world, but had nothing labeled 'haikyuu'. I went over to Yachi and asked her if she knew an anime named Haikyuu. However, she never heard anything of it and when she looked it up on her phone there were no results. I guess since this world was haikyuu it didn't exist as an anime.

After we hanged out for another 2 hours we went our separate ways and went home. She was busy for rest of the week so i wouldn't be able to see her again until school started. After I cleaned myself up at home, my mom told me to that dinner would be ready soon. I was excited to eat with my family again.
