SH Month-Day 1: First Encounter

AN: It's been a long time since I updated. I've been busy and lack the motivation to write. And I think I'm gonna stop talking now since...I don't know. So here's my contribution for SH Month... pretty short, I know, and also late ;p

The first time he saw her was when he was 7 years old.

He was walking home from the academy until he saw someone holding a cat with an Uchiha crest at the back of its shirt.

Hina?

He went closer to see who was trying take his cat away. At first, he thought that that "someone" was a boy because of her baggy clothes and very short hair. When he went near, he then can clearly see her face - soft, pale and really feminine. And her eyes didn't betray who she was.

Hyuuga...

Sasuke didn't want to leave his cat with the hands of someone like her. Maybe she would steal him and it felt disgusting.

"Oy!" he called as he glared at the white-eyed stranger.

She squeaked in surprise and nervously stood up to face him, but she quickly looked away with fear. Her face was red and body shaking. And she didn't fling herself or looked flirtatiously at him, which gave Sasuke a mentally relieved sigh.

She then looked up to him and gulped, "H-Hai?"

He hardened his glare at the girl.

"Why are you stealing my cat?" he asked as he took Hina in his arms.

Her eyes widened, "S-Steal y-your cat?"

He sighed in annoyance, continuing to glare at the timid girl.

"A-Ano," the Hyuga stuttered while poking her finger, "I-I thought it was lost and I d-decided to give it back."

But he didn't believe her.

"So," Sasuke started, which made the girl looked up at him. "You're not lying? "

"H-Hai!" the Hyuga answered quickly and then bowed down, "I have no bad intentions to your cat, Uchiha-san. I know it belongs to your family."

He snorted in response, "Whatever."

Sasuke took his cat away leaving the shy weird Hyuga alone. He heard a man calling her but didn't bother looking back. Why would he? Does he even care? He never knew her name, only her family, but he already did just a while ago.

Hinata Hyuuga...

Sasuke looked down at his cat and brought it up to his eye level. He stared at it intently, "I think I'll gonna change your name."

"Nyaan!" 😺
