Author Note; *ahem* The white shit is now going to be Ciel's wife. Why? Cause for some odd reason (ch. 336 in novel) he made me start thinking other "WAYS" for Ciel's sickness. The white shits personality would also fit Ciel's personality a lot more than Choi Han.

Ciel calmly drinks his as he reads the papers before him, Basen was beside, quietly learning. Both were in a comfortable silence.

Ciel soon felt something off. 'Did something happen?' His eyes went cold.

It has been 2 days since the first encounter of the two separate beings. Even so, both seemly still sticked like glue by natural means.

Ciel looked outside the window noticing that the night was coming.

"Young master Ciel. Young master Cale bought home a bagger from the streets." A servant gave a message.

Ciel placed the stuff down with ease. "Basen, you can head to bed now." Ciel smiled gently. He immediately left.

He quickly paced down the hall, going upstairs to Cale's room.

Choi Han noticed someone coming, a young man very much like Cale but with longer hair went straight passed him. He looked back to see the man barge into the room, "Cale! What the fuck are you doing now?!" He yelled.

"Don't just barge in my room Ciel!!" The other voice from inside the room yelled back.

"You still do this to me anyways!"

Choi looked at Hans who just smiled.

"That's young master Ciel, Cale's younger twin brother. The two are inseparable, however, Ciel has 2 months two live. He had gotten sick not to long ago. Young master Cale must be upset still." Hans explained, clearly misunderstanding.

The next day, Ciel slept peacefully while hugging his brother in bed, obviously in Cale's room. Cale had gotten used to this quite easily.

Cale got up as Ron knocked on the door.

"Young master Cale-nim."

"Come in...."

Cale replied half awake, as such, Ron came in and noticed another set of blood-red hair much longer than the one awake.

"Ah, Young master Ciel-nim is here as well."

He calmly walked over handing a tea to Cale. Lemonade.

Sip.

"...get me water.... Or something.... I feel like shit right now..mm.."

A pained voice responded.

Cough. Cough.

"Why me..... What did I ever do..."

The voice complained. Cale pats the other as he was handed a wet towel to clean any blood.

'In the novel, Ciel was supposed to be dead. But thankfully I'm still alive, just in absolute disarray of pain.'

"Cale. Go do what you need. I'll do my part."

Ciel whispered as he sat up.

"I'll figure something out..."

He sighed before coughing up blood, Cale calmly catching it before laying his twin back down.

"Alright, just stay in bed."

Cale sighed before officially getting up. Ciel just laid there like nothing mattered.

"Terminally ill fate. What a *BENEFITING* death..."

Ciel shamelessly jokes earning a hard reply.

"Fuck that! Your not dying you shameless bastard!"

"Shut it you unlucky bastard!"

"How am I unlucky?!"

"How am I shameless?!"

The two began to insult one another as Ron calmly made sure Ciel took his medicine. He had his smile on.

Cale walked out before mentioning one more thing.

"Go fuck yourself!"

As he officially left. Ciel had a disheartening look as he watched his twin walk out.

Sometime later, Cale bought home two cats.

"So, you're picking up strays now..."

"The hell?"

Ciel points to Choi Han then the two kittens in Hana's arms.

"Seriously? You're going for the unlucky route at this point..."

Ciel sighed as he face palmed. The gray cat hopped down and patted Ciel's shoe in reflex.

Cough. Cough. Cough.

Blood spilled out of his mouth and through his fingers. He glared at his cause who just looked away before a few servants came to help.

"You're gonna be the death of me..."

"...just take the damn medicine you ass. And clean the blood, you're scaring the kids."

Ciel looked down to see the cats in complete shock. Guilt came over him.
