"And how does that make you feel?" The lady leaned in, pen on paper.

"Scared...? Afraid?" America questioned his own self, "but at the same time I want... clarity? Closure?"

The lady wrote something on her paper, "and why might you -" an alarm went off, "Ah, seems like our session is over, Mr. DC." The lady sat the paper on her chair and America got off the seat in the office.

"I'll see you next week. Have a good day!" America smiled and walked out of the room and out of the building to his car. He got in and started driving and put on the radio.

"It's been 5 years since the massacre at-" America groaned in annoyance and changed the channel.

"The murderer, Canada Ottawa, is still missing after 5-" He changed the channel again.

"No one knows where he has gone now, some theorize he may still be-" America gave up and just turned off the radio.

"It's all they talk about." America mumbled. America arrived home and went inside and plopped down on the couch.

"How was therapy today, honey?" Russia hugged America from behind. America sank into Russia's touch and sighed.

"Good, we're starting to tackle how I feel now." Russia nodded messed up America's hair.

"I'll be in the kitchen, we're having..." Russia's words dimmed out of Americas mind as he spaced out. Mentally tired and in a sad mood from the radio. Their cat, Anya, jumped onto America's lap and laid down.

"Good girl, good girl." America pet Anya as she fell asleep.

"Where's RusAme?" America shouted.

"He's in his room sleeping. He went to the park and when he got back he practically went asleep on the floor." Russia joked as he approached the couch and sat beside America and setting two plates on the coffee table. ".... Meaning, we get some alone time." Russia pulled America close to him and gave America the remote to the TV. "Movie night, perhaps?" Russia asked. America smiled and turned on the TV and looked through movie options. America picked a movie and played it. He took the food off the plate and started eating it.

"We should start keeping a closer eye on RusAme." Russia looked over at America, a bit confused at his sudden comment.

"Why's that?"

"It's just... what if something bad happens? What if he-" Russia put his hand on his shoulder.

"Nothing bad is going to happen to him or us. It's been 5 years, America. We're okay." Russia hugged America. America closed his eyes and they sat there like that for awhile. "America? America..?" Russia pulled from the embrace to see America fast asleep.

Russia carried America to bed and laid him down. He put the covers over him and took off his sunglasses. Russia noticed the dark circles under his eyes and frowned. Russia turned off the bedside lamp and crawled into bed. He was out like a light.

America shot out of bed, heavy breathing and heart racing. "Just a nightmare." America mumbled, rubbing his eyes. He looked over at the nightstand that sat the alarm clock, 4 AM. "Jeez, how long have I been out for?" America got out of bed and walked to the kitchen. He took out a glass and poured some water in it. He sat at the kitchen island and sighed. He can never sleep at night.

Out of the corner of his eyes, he could have sworn he saw something, like a certain brown hat, move from the kitchen window. His hand holding the glass shook and dropped the glass, making a large crash. America's eyes widened and he started slowly backing away from from the window.

Quick footsteps came in, "America? Are you okay?" Russia asked, noticing America's panic.

"I-I'm okay! Just a little spooked that's all... I just thought I saw something out the window, heh." America gave a small smile. Russia noticed the glass shards on the floor. He ushered America back to bed and went back to the kitchen to clean up the mess. He went over to the window and looked out of it. He shrugged his shoulders, seeing nothing, and closed the blinds. Russia quickly went back to bed.

A long road trip wasn't exactly what Canada had in mind, but here he was. "I wouldn't have thought he would have stayed there after everything, but 12 hours away? I'm not that bad, am I?" Canada joked, he parked on the side of the road in a desolate area to rest, by rest he means trying to control his anger. "Once I get my hands on that damn kid and Russia..." Canada imagined the blood on his hands, "They'll regret it. All three of them."
