Lisa's POV

One thing I commend my father about is that, I no longer have to worry about the enrollment and stuff

Well I really don't have much a choice because the moment he told me that he's transferring me, all the papers necessary were already finished

I'm currently walking around the hallway of the new school trying to find the engineering building because that's my course

And bingo! There it is

I was told that I just need to go to the office and present the papers I was given and they already know what to do

So I just did what they said and someone from the faculty led me to a building that has rooms

"Ms. Manoban, here is your class schedule. The rooms for each class are also stated there"

She handed me a printed copy of my schedule and started to leave when she suddenly turned to face me again "Also, if you need anything, don't hesitate to call me" she smiled sweetly at me then returned to the office

I noticed that a small paper with her number on it was attached to my schedule. I can't help but huff a laugh at it. The secretary is flirting with a new student, seriously?

I just didn't mind it and proceeded to find my room for my class

I saw that my class is ongoing but I just entered the classroom, looking for a seat

When I finally found one, I walked towards it when the teacher suddenly calls to me

"And who are you miss?"

"Lalisa Manoban" I answered briefly and proceeded to walk to the vacant chair, not minding the stares I'm getting

This seemed to piss off the professor and called out to me again "Care to introduce yourself in front? Are you the new student?" He asked

"Obviously I am sir. And no, I won't introduce myself in front" I said and I finally reached the vacant chair

Do they really make introductions in college as well? I thought that was only in high school

The professor just looked at me angrily and continued the lecture

"Well that was a bold thing to do" the girl beside me spoke and I just looked at her without responding

"Are you just that rude?" She spoke again but still I replied with silence

"But you know that professor deserved it, he also has attitude" I looked at her again and still did not respond. She stopped talking to me and started taking notes

The class ended and I'm hungry. I don't have any company. Ugh I hate this but I need to adjust and I need friends

"Hey" I spoke to the girl earlier

She stopped her tracks turned to me and smiled and I just realized she's beautiful

I can't help but also smile at her

"Wow, you smile?!" She spoke and let out a small laugh and I smiled again

"That's a bit offensive" I responded

"Well, seeing how you acted earlier, you can't blame me" I let out a soft laugh hearing her respond

"I'm Lalisa Manoban. Just call me Lisa"

"Is this you asking to be my friend?" I just looked at her amused and shrugged my shoulder. It seems that I won't be bored in this new school

"Won't you give me your name?" I asked but she also shrugged her shoulder
