Chapter 10: A New Friendship

" Jimin, It's been a week already?" Hoseok reminded Jimin who nodded without even knowing what the other meant by that.

" So ?" Jimin asked packing his bag and walking out of the classroom.

" You met him after that ?" Jimin shook his head at the obvious question that's what he been asking him since that day, " isn't he your boyfriend now ?" He commented making Jimin sigh.

" Didn't you said he doesn't attend classes often, so it's obvious he won't see me either !" Jimin replied, reminding Hoseok the intro line he said him about Jungkook.

" And this is what we wanted, to avoid rumour. So meeting him or not, I am fine."

" But that announcement,. Video ?" 

" he was just teasing me-" Hoseok jumped in excitement interrupting Jimin. " So, you guys are close enough to tease now, especially after that kiss "Jimin closed his eyes before calming down the jumping squirrel.

" I have few hours, You want coffee ?" He asked changing the topic, while Hoseok shook his head.

" I won't waste my free hour like you, I have a boyfriend to talk, why don't you do the same."  He replied waving his phone to Jimin.

" Hoseok, we aren't one." Jimin rolled his eyes tired of explaining the situation to his friend.

" Bet ?" Hoseok raised his brows with his palm out, Jimin placed his plam on it.

" Bet."

Jimin was walking out of the campas to go to a good cafe and spend his free hours peaceful there. When suddenly a car halted in front of him, the window scrolled down, revealing Taehyung " Need a ride ?"

" Thank you but I am fine my own, I have stuff to pick up on my way !" Jimin politely rejected walking ahead from the car. The car moved next to him with the same guy convincing him to get in.

" By stuff if you mean coffee, then get in, I am going to a cafe !" The president pointed out. Jimin stared at him for a moment, as Taehyung tilted his head waiting for his reaction.

" C'mon, I didn't have food yet !" Taehyung whined a bit, making Jimin chuckle at him, and he got in. After a silent ride, Taehyung cleared his throat to initiate the conversation.

" Sorry for not returning your jacket myself but you were busy with work, so I didn't bother you." Jimin initiated with a subtle smile to avoid the silence especially after their balcony conversation.

" Its fine. But you didn't have to return it, It looked on you." He complimented and Jimin denied it laughing.

" Umm, Jimin you didn't get my message?" He asked awkwardly.

" Oh I did ?" Jimin nodded before asking the reason behind it " So ? What did you mean?"

" I thought it was a simple sentence for you to understand?" Taehyung replied shrugging his shoulders.

" Are you playing with me for what I did on my first day ? I thought we were over that at the party." Taehyung shook his head a bit, " I am not !"

" Then for what ?"

" Do I need to have a reason to have you as a friend?" He replied with a genuine reason, Jimin arched his brows while chuckling.

" Someone like you always have a reason for every action of yours "
