After two days:

A/n pov:

Aanchal was sitting in her room thinking about Shreyash...she was missing him as tomorrow is Karwa chauth...she is going to fast but not for him but for Niel...whom she hates so much.. she never thought this moment will also come where she have to pray for his husband's long life while his husband already took someone's life

Aanchal: I wish I could go back and Change the beginning...

Meanwhile~

Niel was looking through the information that he got through his informant. He was unable to believe the fact that shreyash might be alive. The thought of just aanchal getting away from her makes him sad and angry

Niel: if this is true then I have to act before he does but what.. heck I even don't know where is he. The other informant found dead and now the big thing is that he is maybe in India...
No matter what this time too I won't let her go... shreyash you already got everything you wanted, aanchal is mine..she is my everything.... everything.. I will make sure your even shadow won't fall on her..

Next day:

Preparation were on the peak in Arora mansion, today was Karwa chauth and everyone was preparing for the rituals. Aanchal was in office while Naina was helping pooja..

Naina: aunty I sent sarji ( puja thali made for Karwa chauth) to aanchal already

Pooja: thank you Naina, you are helping alot

Naina: it's nothing I'm living here and this is at least I can do for you all.

Pooja: don't think yourself as guest. You are like my daughter. I'm glad you are here and call me mom

Naina: thank you aunty- mom

Pooja smiled

Time skips~
At evening:

All three ladies were getting ready for the ceremony. Naina and pooja were almost ready while aanchal was still struggling with saree

Aanchal: I just hope it doesn't fall
She stuck last pin in her saree and now she was fully ready

Outside the mansion:

Everyone gathered at backyard of the mansion. Lights were already sparkling already. Ladies were ready with their sarji and men were talking to each other.

When ladies entered in garden, the men looked them with fondness while they did same too except aanchal who was simply standing there..

Vineet was first one to go towards them and after reaching there he complimented Naina

Vineet: you are looking pretty wifey!

Everyone smiled while Naina blushed.

Pooja: let's start the ceremony.

Men stood up in a line while their wives are facing them with sieves in their hands

Time skips~

After completing their rituals, men broke their fast while making them drinking water. They feed sweets to each other and after that they went back inside the mansion.

Aanchal was too about to go but she tripped and about to fall when Niel caught her by waist. Both started to looking at each other eyes while unaware of the fact that someone clicked their picture in that pose
Aanchal broke the eye contact, realising their position they quickly separated from each other.

Niel: are you ok?

Aanchal: yes, thank you

And with that she went inside the mansion followed by Niel

In their room:

Aanchal was sitting quietly on bed when Niel entered with something in his hand. He came near her and moved his hand towards her

Niel: here's your first gift of your first Karwa chauth

Aanchal: Niel I can't take this-

Niel: Aanchal please don't say no..this is not only prepared by me but from mom also. You don't want to hurt her right?

Aanchal: okay..

The gift:-

She took that gift and Niel was about to go when his head started spinning.. he tried to compose himself and was about to pull the knob when suddenly he fell on his knees and blacked out followed by Aanchal's scream

Phew...that was kinda boring to write but I completed it.. sorry If I wrote something wrong about Karwa chauth as I don't know much about it.
