These are the rules that you can expect our staff to follow at all times when representing us. Please note, however, that what they do or say on their personal time is irrelevant to us.
1. Be respectful to all clients when posting on the threads or account message board.
2. Do not let personal relationships with clients effect how you edit for them; all clients are equal.
3. Respect any requests of the clients, such as their writing style or any other special needs.
4. If you're not sure if something is grammatically correct or not, be sure to research before you change it.
5. Be sure to let us know if you are going to be unable to edit for a prolonged period of time (a week or longer) so that we can plan accordingly.
6. If you find that you will not be able to edit a story for whatever reason (personal beliefs, exams, etc.) let us know as soon as possible.
7. Try to have all work edited and returned within a three to five days.
