As our clients, we expect you to follow some simple rules to make sure that this is a pleasant experience for all parties involved.

1. If you are not happy with your service, please contact the administration of the account via email.

2. Please do not nag us about our username. It isn't a racist statement; to be a grammar nazi simply means to be a stickler for grammatical correctness.

3. Please do not post on the staff forum.

4. Do not ask us to simply read or vote for your story. We are an editing service, not a review or promotion service.

5. To receive our services, fill out an application and we will contact you. A link to application forum can be found on our page. Please fill out the application completely. This will help us edit your work to the best of our abilities.

6. If we are editing for you actively, it would be helpful if you would fan us. This helps advertise our services and means that we can easily make announcements to all our clients at once.

7. Please be patient. Our service works on a first come, first serve basis. If we agree to edit for you, we will get it back to you as soon as possible. We will endeavor to give an estimate for when we expect editing to be done by, but this is simply an estimate - we cannot

9. Please give us credit for what we have done. This will help us become more known throughout the community.

Depending upon the actions of our clients, current rules may change and new ones may be added. If we update any of the rules or have any announcements, we will change our status and post on our message board.
