Your POV

I was standing next to my father, Captain Crow. I then heard movement.

"It's the red bluster i know it in me bones see there"

He said pointing. My eyes follow his thick finger, I smile and lean closer to the railing. I barely contain my excitement.

"Birds follow it" Captain crow said, I look at him. I push myself away from the railing, my smile faltering when I see his concentrated expression.

Suddenly a voice rings out. I smile again and shake my head. I turn to see a familiar face.

"We come all this way for a proper fight" I heard Jacob say, my friend since we were so young. We found him, his ship destroyed and holding onto a floating broken wooden piece from the ship. That's when my father took him in. I never saw him as my brother. However as a best friend, which he is.

I roll my eyes. "You always fight, even when it's not a big fish." I said cheekily. He shakes his head and ruffles my hair. I shove him away and quickly fix it. Which makes him mess it up again. I glare up at him.

"And we'll get it, me boy" my father said, before turning to us, making me fix my hair and stand up straight, almost immediately.

"It's been 30 years since that thing took me deadlight. Now i'll have me revenge" he puts his hand on Jacobs shoulder. I look at the floor and I turn to Jacob.

"Aye" Jacob looks at the direction of the red Bluster. I decided to speak up. "You're right, Father we just we can successfully end this beast." My father nods, almost brushing me off. Suddenly I hear footsteps."Well,"

I quickly turn to see Sarah Sharpe. She walks over to me and stands beside me. "We passed Rum Pepper Island. It's heading for the dregmorr Sea."

She said getting a small bottle of rum, taking the corkscrew off with a pop. She drinks a small amount. Jacob smirks amused and leans against the railing, arms crossed over his muscular pecks.

"If we're gonna do battle with the greatest and most terrible thing in the sea it's not the best to wait right after." She hands me her drink. I smile about to drink it before Jacob quickly snatches it away. I glare up at him.

"There might not be an after." He holds out his drink towards me, almost as if he wants to make a cheers. I roll my eyes.

"Oh don't be like that jacob.'

I said hitting his back causing some of the rum to spill right out of his mouth. He turns his towards me, smirking and then wiping his mouth with the back of his hand.

"Haul away all! Haul you dogs!" The voice behind us commands to the crew. Suddenly a voice shouts out:

"Captain!"

My father quickly looks up at the voice. Causing all three of us to look up as well.

"It's another hunting ship under attack!" My father quickly pulls out a spyglass, he opens it fully, looking through the small hole.
