"What do you think? It's my house."
Replied Heeseung, without thinking. He was surprised to see Jake at his door, but since his brain was still numb, he hadn't quite gotten the hang of the situation.
"Mom, please. Tell me this is a joke? Do I really have to live with him?" Jake whispered to Felicity.
"Come on Jake! You are being rude!"
"Oh, so you two know each other?" asked Maria, hesitantly, clearly understanding the situation.
"We're schoolmates," threw up Jake, his hands clenched around the handle of his bags.
Heeseung was finally understanding that no one was going to suddenly appear from behind Jake. That the one he was about to share his life with from now on, was his natural born enemy.
He became pale, but retained himself from shouting, knowing he would look stupid. He thought quickly about what to say, but all he was able to blurt out was:
"Erm...I'll show you your room."
The entrance went silent.
Jake pierced him with his murderous gaze, before turning to his mom to say:
"I'll see you in a minute to say goodbye."
And following Heeseung upstairs.
