PERCY JACKSON : KING OF THE THRONE

CHAPTER 9

Apollo could be what many would describe as an irresponsible god but what many don't know or seem to forget is that he os the god of truth as well so when he was in the council meet deciding percy's fate he knew something was up he had visited his sister artemis and noticed that she was acting weird like she was not herself so he went to investagate what was happening

Apollo * mind * " something is not right arty has been acting strange lately and not just her but the other female goddesses as well "

Apollo then came to the front of his sisters temple and knocked on the front door yet no one answered which he found weird and did something that he would know will grant him punishment of the worst degree he entered without his sisters ok in him coming in as he started to look around there seemed to be nothing out of the ordinary until he leaned against the wall and a secret room opened which left apollo shocked

Apollo * mind * " why does arty have a secret room behind the wall it doesn't make any sense "

Apollo then went in and turned on the lights and what he saw shocked and horrorfied him there were pictures of percy all over the room even one's where he is sleeping and showering knowing that his sister could come at any moment apollo got out of there as if kampe and python were after him the door then closed and he ran out of artemis temple and straight towards the meeting room thinking that whatever is going on with artemis maybe going on with the other goddesses as well he quickly contacted his father , uncles and his brothers and waited for a few seconds suddenly there were bright flashes of light and all of the mape olympians appeard

Zeus : apollo why have you called us and not the rest of the council

Apollo : because father i don't think calling the women is going to be a good idea

Poseison then raised an eyebrow in sewing apollo's panicked face and asked

Poseidon : nephew why do you look like tou saw a great crime has been comitted

Apollo : well i went to go see artemis cause she's been acting strange lately as well as the other goddesses but when i got there and knocked on the temple door no one answered and i did something that i know father will punish me for but father can do it later i went into sis's temple without her giving the ok

The male gods : APOLLO YOU DID WHAT !!!

Apollo cringed at the yell and he knew he was in trouble

Apollo : now before you say anything i have a good reason

Zeus : it better be

Apollo : well you see when i went to go have a look around i found nothing which was strange considering my sisters new behaviour after looking around for a few minutes i gave up i thought that i might have gone crazy but then i leaned against the wall and a door opened reaveling a secret room

Ares : thats odd from girlscout to have a secret room

Hephaestus : i'm going have to agree with ares on this one

The male olympians were each having a confused look on their faces

Zeus : continue apollo

Apollo : thank you father anyway i found it strange that my sister would have a secret room so i went inside to investigate when i turned the lights on all i saw was different pictures of percy even one's where he's in the shower or sleeping i then put everything right back to how it was before and came running here

The male olympians were horrorfied at what apollo explained and couldn't believe that a virgin goddess like artemis would do this as it made them question if the other female olympians are doing the same thing

Zeus : alright everyone this is a serious matter that we need to investigate each one of us are going to check on with what apollo said and report the next time we meet dismissed

With that meeting done everone in the throne room flashed away including apollo what neither of them noticed was a figure in the shadows teleporting away reporting to the others on what just happend

The figure from the throne room then entered the meeting room of the other goddesses and bowed infront of them

Gaia : now dear why have you interepted our meeting

??? : i'm terrible sorry to disturb you milady but we have a problem

Hera : oh and what is it dear child

??? : it would seem that apollo was busy snooping around in lady artemis's temple and discovered her secret and that has made all of the male olympians go on high alert and do their own investigations

Artemis was furious which anyone could tell due to her eyes going red and the moon was turning red as well

Artemis : APOLLO HOW DARE HE ENTER MY TEMPLE LIKE THAT I'LL KILL HIM IT DOESN'T MATTER IF HE'S MY BROTHER I'LL KILL HIM

Leto : now now dear daughter you will get your chance just be patient

Artemis then cooled down and sat down but she was still furious that apollo discovered her secret

Gaia : thank you for reporting my dear you have done us a great service dear

??? : thank you mistress will that mean i can atleats be the kings concubine

Gaia : of course you've earned it
