Elysia's POV "where are we?.." pardofelis scratched her head in confusion at grassy scenery. we had all been sucked through a portal with strong gravitational force, falling down from the sky after we made it through the portal. needless to say the whole group was in chaos! even something like this is hard for a person like me to resolve.. kosma was currently worriedly watching griseo, stealing occasional glances at aponia, who happened to be checking griseo for injuries. but like the curious child she was, all she did was scramble for the paint and canvas she always carries with her. sigh.. she sees anything as an opportunity for her hobbies. its quite troublesome~ seeing kosma and aponia worry is endearing though. the rest of the group was giving vill-v a stern and sharp stare. "hey now.. i promise it was just a experiment gone wrong! i didn't mean for this to happen i swear." vill-v chuckles nervously, averting her gaze. well at least it wasn't one of her crazy sides right? "relax everyone~ i'm sure we can figure something out." i give everyone a soft and reassuring smile. sadly though, the peaceful aura was gone once we checked to see if everyone was here. mobius and kalpas were missing. knowing them, it's probably not a good idea to leave them stuck together for too long~ who knows how much more time we have until they go at each others throats. "how about we search for the two that are missing first and stop arguing?"aponia seemed pretty fed up as she said that, she is scary when shes angry! luckily though, everyone agreed slightly reluctantly.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ the sky was dark now, the search lasting hours. "i'm so hungry haah... is there anything to eat hereeeee?" pardofelis let out a dramatic sigh, patting her stomach as it growls loudly. "we can look around for food." sakura recommends, her ears twitching, trying to listen for movements. shes always so alert! sometimes i wish she'd just relax.
its such a shame such a pretty girl like me has to be in this condition~ lost and hungry, two words i thought i'd never be haha!
the group had discussed plans of splitting up, i was assigned to kosma. poor boy must be stressing about griseo right now! we get along well though so i'm sure there will be no problem. "erm.. i spot something over there, elysia. it appears to be a camp? with weird looking creatures in it." the voice startles me just the slightest, pointy ears twitching in surprise. "we can go check it out kosma, don't be afraid to ask you know~" i say in a sing-song tone, nudging the shorter boy as he flusters.(not in a romantic way!) perhaps i've scared the boy as he was quiet the whole time we were walking there. oh well! his reaction was so worth all of it.
after a few more steps, the creatures seem to notice us, getting hostile as they approach closer with weapons in their hands. "we aren't here to fight alright?" no matter how much i tried communicating to the creatures, they didn't seem to understand as they only get closer with each second. "guess we have no choice.. alright kosma! i'll leave this to you~" i can't help but tease him more, eager to see him fighting. it isn't often you see a reserved someone like him fight!
my gaze was practically glued to his movements as he swiftly deals with the enemies without trouble. well that's to be expected. he's one of us after all! we've all went through... that surgery. i clap, impressed at his actions as he fails to hide a shy smile. "good job! now lets check if this camp holds any food..." as we were scrambling through the things, a sudden aggressive sounding voice shouted at us. "hey outsiders! what brings you near the border at mondstadt at this hour?" a man with red hair approaches us, his eyes concealed by a mask. "we were just looking for food. also what is this mondstadt you speak of?" i question as i observe his looks. "hmph... you aren't trying to cause any harm are you?" he looks at us accusingly. "of course not! we would never see violence as a first choice~" kosma was in his own world... too lost to speak. but that's understandable. this is all quite a lot to take in. the man finally leaves, though a bit hesitantly. "hey kosma why don't we follow him? pleaseeee?" i lean down to whisper into kosma's ears. "did you let your curiosity win again.." he stares at me, disappointed. but i drag him along anyway! we followed the footprints that were left behind, only for them to lead to a big city. you could hear some noises coming from it even when you're so far away! it must be a really bustling and active city huh? "hey kosma how about we enter the city?" ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
