𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐇𝐞𝐫 (𝕊𝕒𝕞𝕡𝕝𝕖)

3 - Confrontation

Everyone started chit-chatting with each other and started discussing about tomorrow's surprise trip. But Riddhima stood far away from them. While all others were busy in talking, Veer moved towards Riddhima. Vihaan was also behind him. Veer cleared his throat to get Riddhima's attention. Riddhima looked towards them.

Veer: I guess now you know who I am. If I am not wrong, you are the same girl who came in front of my car in morning. (He said while smirking)

Riddhima: I know you recognized me already. But then also I would like to say that yes, I am the same girl who saved that innocent puppy from crushing under your car. (She said without any hesitation and matching eye contact with him and kept her head high)

Veer raised his eyebrows at her confidence. Vihaan was also astonished by her confidence.

Veer: So, don't you think you should say sorry to me for your morning misbehavior, because now I am your boss. (He intentionally said that to see her reaction)

Riddhima: Excuse me? Sorry for what? To save an innocent creature's life? I don't think so that I need to say sorry for that. Moreover if anyone should say sorry, so that's you because mistake was yours. Boss or not, I don't care because I would never bow my head for wrong things. (She said with anger and without any fear)

Veer and Vihaan both became shocked because no one ever talked to Veer in that way, and this girl had done the same thing twice.

Veer was about to say something, but till then all other people came there. They didn't hear anything.

Sana: Sir what next?

Veer: You all may leave now. Tomorrow morning all of you must come for the surprise trip.

Everyone became happy and started leaving from there.

Riddhima also left from there without looking back.

Vihaan: Bhai why didn't you say anything to her?

Veer: Because mistake was mine Vihaan. Driver told me that she was just saying him to drive carefully from next time. But I misunderstood her and created unnecessary drama. So, her point was right. But, her confidence and attitude amused me. (He said while smiling a little)

Vihaan: Right bhai. She looked fully confident. (He nodded his head with a small smile)

Veer: Hmm. You are right.

Riddhima reached her home.

Riddhima: Where are my little babies? (She said with a wide smile)

Rohan and Aarav saw her and instantly hugged her. She also hugged them back.

Rohan: I missed you Momma. (He said with a cute pout)

Aarav: Me too Mumma.

Riddhima: Aww... I also missed both of you. (She kissed their foreheads lovingly)

Riddhima: Now, let me make dinner and then we will eat together. Ok.

Both: Ok (They kissed her cheeks)

After sometime she made dinner and all three ate together. She fed both of them with her hands and they also fed her.

After dinner, they went to bedroom. Riddhima and both kids always used to sleep together. Rohan was on her left side and Aarav was on her right side. Rohan kept his head upon her chest and Aarav kept his head in the crook of her neck. Riddhima wrapped her arms around both of them. Trio slept peacefully.

Everyone was at the dinning table. Vihaan briefed about today's incident to them. Everyone became shocked.
