Jocelyn...

I woke up before my alarm. Already the worst day of my life. The only reason i was up so early was because i could hear my mom looking for her car keys more importantly she came knocking on my door asking if i had seen them. I also heard my younger brother will playing his favorite song (should i stay or should i go) while he was getting ready. I didnt mind considering it was also mine and my brother Jonathan's favorite too. Jonathan was making breakfast and my mom was saying her goodbyes and making her way off to work telling us to have a good day and be safe.

"You know we will mom.. i love you be careful and have a good day at work." I tell my mother. Ever since last year when my little brother will had went missing, my mom wants us to be extra careful. I dont blame her last year was crazy.

"Hey will you want a ride to school?" I ask my little brother. " no its fine jocy ill bike speaking of that i have to get going, by Jonathan by jocy" he says with a smile and a half eaten piece of toast in his hands.

" see ya buddy be good and be careful." I tell him. As he walks out the door cheerful that he gets to see his friends. "You think hes gonna be okay?" Jonathan asks me.. " im sure he'll be fine hes a smart kid and we should get going to gotta meet up with the gang and dont you have to meet up with miss smarty pants nancy.?" I say with a smirk

"Oh shut up, its not like that." He says " sureee its not." I say as we get in the car and head to school.

Nancy and steve broke up after my brother went missing steve knowing she would be better off with Jonathan and letting her go with as much strength as he had. The poor boy was devastated but knew it was for the best.

We pull into the parking lot and as soon as the car is stopped we both get out and Jonathan heads to find nancy and i go to find steve and my friends. As expected they are by Steve's car carol in tommys arms cleo with her new boy toy of the week and zio standing talking to steve casually as they wait for me.

I light a cigarette as im walking, to distracted to notice a blue camero pulling into the parking lot quite recklessly and almost hitting me and another students car i quickly move out of the way and turn around to see who almost killed me give who ever it was the finger and keep walking towards my friends.

This was gonna be a long year.
