Another Memorable Day

Author POV: Hoseok has entered in Y/N's room and saw she was sleeping...

Hoseok- Y/N, Y/N wake up...I've to tell you something. ..Why isn't she waking up? Y/N, Y/N (He was trying to wake her up but she didn't wake up)
I need to take her to the hospital right now..

Author POV: Hoseok takes her to the hospital and has told the staff to inform the best doctor....He also informed Y/N's and his parents....

After the doctor inspect Y/N...

Doctor- Who is her husband?

Hoseok- I'm her husband..

Doctor- Come with me..I need to talk to you..

In the doctor's room:

Hoseok- Dr. How is she now? What happened?

Doctor- She had a major panic attack which turns out like a stroke...and didn't you know that she has heart problems??

Hoseok- No doctor...I didn't...

Doctor- Whenever she has so much stress, tension, grief she starts panicking and it's the root of the panic attack or stroke...The minor symptoms are having breathing problems...We can bring back her consciousness for now but her condition is very critical.....Ummm...I think she don't have much time....

Hoseok- What did you say? (Got angry)

Doctor- I'm sorry Mr. Jung but this is the truth..We are trying but she doesn't have so much chance to survive...

Hoseok- Do whatever it takes...I want her back anyhow..

Doctor- Ok...But I think you should meet her now..and she had some other news also...she told us that she wants to tell you that by herself...

Hoseok- Ok...I'm going....

Seeing him coming out of the doctor's room Y/N's parents approached him and said...

Y/N's Mom- What did the doctor say?

Hoseok- You never told me that she has heart problems...

Y/N's Mom- Yeah...she has..she had panic attacks sometimes but she was fine after sometimes because she wasn't in stress, she was happy...that's why we didn't tell you as we thought it wouldn't be a big problem...

Hoseok- I'll talk to you later..I've to meet her now..

Hoseok entered in the room and he was broken to see her in this condition...

Hoseok- Y/N...

Y/N opened her eyes and saw Hoseok..she tries to get up and Hoseok helps her..

Hoseok- Are you ok? How are you feeling now?

Y/N- I'm ok ...I'm so glad to see you ...

Hoseok- I'm so sorry Y/N (started crying)...I'm the one who is responsible for this...Please forgive me..please get well soon..

Y/N- Don't cry Hoseok....You aren't responsible for this...

Hoseok- Y/N please stay by my side...don't go anywhere...Y/N, I love you..

Y/N- You do?

Hoseok- Yes...I love you so much!

Y/N couldn't hold back her tears...She hugged Hoseok tightly...

Hoseok- You don't give a me a reply of my confession..

Y/N- I'm gonna give you the best reply of your confession...

Hoseok- Ohh..ok..what's it?

Y/N- Hoseok...we are going to be parents...

Hoseok- What!! Say it again...

Y/N- Yes Hoseok...I'm pregnant...but I'm sorry that I'm saying this to you when I don't have much time..

Hoseok- No ..nothing is gonna happen to you...I'll do whatever it takes, whatever it costs...I love you Y/N ...don't go now...I love you with all my heart..

Y/N- I love you too..

Then Hoseok kisses Y/N..While the kiss Y/N couldn't kiss him back.. she knows this is the last moment of her life..Tears were falling from her eyes...
Hoseok also notices Y/N wasn't kissing him back so he broke the kiss and saw her eyes are closed and there were water lines into her cheeks..

Hoseok- Doctor, Doctor come fast(Shouted)

Doctor and nurses comes and starts to inspect Y/N...they were trying to bring back her heartbeat using Heart Defibrillator...but they didn't get any response...

Doctor- I'm sorry Mr. Jung...She is no more...

Hoseok- What are you saying!!( He got angry and grab the collar of the doctor, Hoseok's secretary released him from Hoseok...

Secretary- Sir calm down please...this is hospital...

Hoseok- No... He is lying..nothing happened to Y/N...call another doctor..

Secretary- Sir he is the best doctor here ... please calm down...

Author POV:
Hoseok bursts into tears...No one couldn't believe that Y/N is dead...

After that he was totally silent during the funeral and even in his normal life...because still he don't want to believe that Y/N is no more..
He talks less, keeps himself busy in work....

One day:

That day is the worst day of my life...After so many days happiness came into my life but within some minutes my life was filled with sad again....
You know Y/N, Doctor was saying that he thought it could be a baby girl, he wasn't sure though....But see because of me we both can't enjoy our life with our little one.....
The day of your funeral reminded me our wedding day...Your favorite white flowers everything were the same only you were not there....You were looking so beautiful as always even in your funeral but I never complimented you...I'm responsible for every sad moment in your life, every drop of your tears..That's why now no matter how much I give you complement, You're not here to listen to them...
You told me to write the story of your life....I have written, but you're not here to read it...

Hoseok closed the diary , looked at the picture of Y/N and said..

Hoseok: Don't worry...I'll read it for you...

There was tears in his eyes

Hoseok: I love you and I'll love you till the rest of my life...............My Beloved......
