Chapter 5

Time Skip—

3rd Person's P.O.V:

They finally arrived at Haven's mansion and the bodyguards quickly get out of the car to open the doors for the ladies.

Tokyo puts the car key inside her pocket and then they close the doors.

"Ahh, finally my home," Haven mutters and sighs as they walk towards the gate of her mansion.

While the ladies were in front of the two, Sage secretly checks out Haven's house.

It looks so modern and it's also filled with flowers outside.

Maybe Miss Haven likes nature. She thought.

Haven then opened the gate using her fingerprint and then they got inside of front yard.

"Alright, let's go inside. Follow me." Haven said and then opened the front door for her friends.

"Welcome back and Good afternoon, Miss Haven." The maid stated.

She looked around her 40s and then Haven greeted her back.

"Good afternoon as well." The maid greeted, referring to all of them, and then bowed.

The ladies greeted her back along with the two bodyguards.

The maid raised her eyebrow and looked at the two tall figures beside the ladies.

"And who are these friends of yours, Haven?" She asked out of curiosity and they walked inside Haven's living room.

"They're Celeste and Elysia's bodyguards. New ones." Haven muttered and made the ladies sit down but they got stunned when the maid complimented the two bodyguards.

"Wow, how handsome/beautiful bodyguards, you ladies have." The maid smiled at the two and then the ladies finally sat down.

"Nanny Clara... They might get awkward." Haven uttered and then Sage suddenly spoke.

"We're fine by it, Miss Haven. Right, Tokyo?" Sage said and her best friend nodded.

"Anyway, thank you for complimenting us, ma'am." Sage bowed and Tokyo did the same.

The ladies were just fascinated by how respectful the two are.

A few moments later...

The maid, Clara, brought a tray with FIJI water on it.

She placed it on the coffee table and all of them said thank you in unison.

Maid Clara just smiled at them and then she spoke once again, "It has been a while since I last saw you beautiful ladies."

She was close to these ladies and especially to Haven.

Maid Clara is Haven's parents' maid for a long time now which made Haven grow closer to her.

"And you, Miss Elysia. Still blooming as always." Maid Clara uttered and winked at Haven.

Elysia smiled and thanked her, then glanced at Haven.

She saw the wink which made her wonder why she did that.

Haven then coughed and rolled her eyes playfully.

What was it about? The brunette thought.

"Oh, right. Do you ladies want some food?" Maid Clara glanced at everyone and then Haven muttered.

"We already ate at Stella's parents' restaurant, nanny. Thank you for asking. But does anyone need something?"

Everyone shook their head.
