Stuck in Nowhere

024- Exploring

(Y/N) saw herself in the mirror. She had some dark brown hair and white skin. She looked like a normal person.
Then she turned around. The others now had white colors. They had the same hair, the same eyes, the same height. Now the problem of (Y/N) is to memorize their faces.
"I have to memorize your faces now."

"Don't worry. You will get used to memorizing us. Anyway, how strange does your new self look?" Says Bedřich.
"I liked my old self more. This looks empty to me."
"Now, time to explore the place!" Magdalena says and grabs (Y/N) from her arm.

Ondřej opened the door and then all of them went down the stairs. Ondřej lived in a flat on the third floor. Then they got out of there.

The streets were full of people. And they looked the same to (Y/N). Most of them had blonde hair. They were tall. The streets had trees, many trees, and all of them were green. The streets also had cars, many of them were Mercedes-Benz. Also, some houses were new, some of them looked old-fashioned.
"My car is over here. Let's go into it and then we'll go around the city." Ondřej said.

All of them agreed. Then Ondřej went away to find his car. The others were silent, but the ambient wasn't. The birds were singing. The kids were laughing and the old people were just talking.

Ondřej then came back. He had a big dark blue car that looked like it was built only for traveling. Then all of them got into that car. The driver was Ondřej himself. Bedřich was next to him. At the back seats were Magdalena, Stefan, and then (Y/N). Then he turned on the car, and the trip around the city just started.

The road that they were walking on was filled with trees. Houses were around two floors. Ondřej put his sunglasses on and also gave one to Bedřich. The others were silent, seeing around. (Y/N) was seeing everything. The place looked beautiful.
"So, where are we going?" Said Stefan.
"Everywhere we want. It's not that you are driving. I'm driving. Maybe we're going to a restaurant, who knows?"

"What if we do this? Two hours in every country. We're 4 people from 4 different countries, so it's around 8 hours. This can work." Says Bedřich.
"I agree!" Says Ondřej.
"I agree too!" Says Magdalena.
"OK." Says Stefan.
"Then OK! Two hours in one country. Then let's start with my country."
"Well, I have to admit that my country looks better."

Ondřej laughed and then stayed silent.

For the next few minutes, they all were silent. Then, after some minutes, Ondřej and Bedřich talked with each other, but the language wasn't English, so the others couldn't understand what they were saying. Magdalena was chatting on her phone, Stefan was doing the same thing, and (Y/N) was just watching around because she didn't know what to do or to see. Even though the streets were beautiful, in her eyes, her homeplace was more beautiful than this strange place where she was.

Her place was more beautiful. There weren't any normal trees. Trees were bigger than a block of flats. And usually, not all of them had leaves. Only a few. The forests were only in the bird's place. And there was only one, but it was a giant. In her place, many volcanoes weren't active, but from them, you could see rivers of lava landing on the ground and then navigate all over the place. The fish place was extremely different from all this place. Since this place was filled with water, of course, things would be different. Plants were all algae, and they were mostly green. And the corals were colorful. Many of them were fish houses.
And about the houses, they looked more different. They vary from one place to another. In her place, the houses were made in caves. In the bird's place, houses were made on nests. In ant's place, houses were built underground. Houses vary from the environment. Food also varies from the environment. Birds ate insects, carnivores ate meat, herbivores ate plants, ants ate everything.

"So, one topic to talk about? We will not do this road in silence, it's boring."
"I was thinking the same thing, to be honest." Magdalena agrees with Ondřej.
"OK, so... let's say one fun fact about our countries. That would be fun. We're going to arrive there soon, so let's do that. Or maybe, another topic."
"I was going to suggest... What about telling a random thing that our mind has. That would be cool." Bedřich says.
"No! Bad idea." Disagrees Ondřej.
"OK then. Find another brilliant suggestion."
"Well, if someone says nothing horrible like a deer was walking and a car crushes it, this wouldn't be fun."
"OK then, what about someone saying a sentence and another person continues it and another person continues until we end the story? What about this?"
"I agree with this."
"We do too here." Says Magdalena. "Does Gwen agree?"
"Who's Gwen?" Says Stefan.
"The girl right here." Magdalena points at (Y/N).
"Ooh... OK."
