Recap - "What's the real reason? I can read your thoughts." Akaza was just standing there pale, he knew that he did it to stun the hashira, but for something else too?

Continuing the story -

Akaza was frozen in shock while Douma was a little embarrassed that Muzan told them that. "Well~ you know I like to tease Akaza!~" Douma put on a happy little smile. "Just get together already... anyways we have to defeat more hashira, but these new demons will help. When they wake up, they will have no memory of the battle. Tell them everything, and don't forget to inform them about the plan. I shall take my leave now." Muzan left and Akaza loosened up a little. He was still stunned by what happened not too long ago.

"Hey Akaza-dono?~"

"Go to hell."

"That's not very nice~" :((

"Don't care, don't ask."

After a while the two remained in silence. Douma was very bored waiting for them to wake up. "This is so boringgggggg~ how about we do something fun Akaza?" Akaza ignored the demon he considered annoying. For some reason his heart kept pounding whenever he was with Douma. Douma wasn't aware of this, yet. Akaza tried his best to keep his gaze off of Douma so he looked up at the stars. "The moon looks dazzling tonight.~ Reminds me of your eyes." Douma was dead serious but Akaza took it as a tease. "Listen, if you're going to tease me, then I don't want to talk to you." His tone was harsh and blunt. "The thing is Akaza, I meant every word I just said!~" Akaza looked over to him. Damn, why is my heart beating so fast? I don't like him. I SHOULDN'T like him. He's my rival! Akaza looked into Douma's eyes. He was lost in thought of his gentle glowing eyes. Why are his eyes so... beautiful all of a sudden..? Could I actually be falling in love with this guy? No goddamn way. I'm straight, besides I'm a demon. I shouldn't feel love or receive it. I should never give my love to anyone.

"Akaza..? Are you okay?~ you've been looking at me for a while now~" Douma enjoyed teasing him, but he felt something for Akaza . Akaza noticed that he was staring at Douma, and he was staring for a long time. He turned away quickly, covering his mouth, while blushing lightly. Douma saw the gentle blush that glazed Akaza's face.

"You... okay..??"

"I'm fine. Now stop talking to me."

"No~" Douma grabbed Akaza by the waist, put him on his lap, and snuggled him. "Douma?! What the hell! Let me go!" Douma didn't say anything and just held on tightly. This lasted 20 minutes. Akaza couldn't move, not to mention Douma weighed him down. Eventually, Douma let go because the newly transformed demons were starting to awake. Douma was upset that he couldn't snuggle Akaza more though.

"Ow... my head hurtsss" Mitsuri groaned. She was the first to wake up. Then the other one woke up. "God... what happened...?" Obanai looked over to Douma and Akaza. "And who are... you?" "I'm Douma!~ And this is my future husband, Akaza!~" "I'm not your future husband." "That's what you think!~" Akaza just grumbled and turned away. Mitsuri, who witnessed that conversation, said "Aww!! So adorable!! A gay couple romance!!" Obanai just stared at Douma and Akaza. "Uhm... okay.... but why are we here?"
