The teen titans are watching the road rovers and TV and the storm came out of nowhere and the lightning hits the power. Robin had a flashlight and he's trying to fix the power. After he fixed it the titans heard something roaring in distance. It was the Canomutants at the jump city. The citizens are running away and screaming. The Canomutants are stealing the dogs and running to the train. The teen titans are aftering them.
