Justice.
It's a word many throw around with little care, but to some, it's an ideal. It's a way of life. It's something unattainable in today's world. There's corruption behind the 'justice' of this world. Politicians, police, heroes. Despite what they say; they care nothing for justice.
Justice in it's true form can be harsh. It can be cruel, poetic, and blind. Sometimes it's denied, wrong, or spoken against, but it's justice all the same. Peace to those who have been wronged and a warning to others who wish harm.
Justice is a bloody thing.
Chizome Akaguro is the truth of justice. He shows how bloody it can be. How not everyone who preaches Justice gives it properly. He defends the people. He punishes the guilty. He cleanses the world of its fakes and villains.
Heroes are the pinnacle of today's society.
A man walks down the busy street with his hands in his pockets. He's tall, with long hair falling out of his hood. People don't pay him any mind. Those who do make eye contact look away, suddenly overtaken with a sense of unease. His eyes are dark, almost black with what can only be described as bloodlust. The world ignores him and continues on.
Chizome passes a group of children who are huddled by a window. They watch with awe at the TVs, who air stories of heroes. The children hold toys of their idols. Endeavor, Mt Lady, All Might. They are absorbed by the flashiness of them. The flare and fame these people carry with them and flaunt.
"I want to be just like him when I grow up!" One yells. Stain pauses for a moment to listen. His eyes are narrowed in disapproval. The other kids all laugh and agree. Yes. They want to be powerful like Endeavor. They want to grow up and be rich and respected.
The man scoffs before continuing, leaving behind the children.
Heroes are meant to protect the world. They are meant to be pillars of Justice, but the ideals of which they support have begun to weaken as the strength of the pillars crumble with them. No one is a true hero anymore. They're all in it for money. For fame. For power. Not to help people. No- No that's not important anymore. They don't care for the villains who may have their own stories. Yes, they are guilty and deserve judgment themselves, but heroes view them all the same.
Villains are people who don't fit into society. Villains are those who's quirk make them look unsettling and people cross the street when they see them. Villains are those who have to steal to keep themselves afloat. Villains are people who cause havoc and pain and fear. Villains are a number of people.
Chizome didn't see himself as hero or villain. He saw himself as judgment. If that judgment and the actions it took to give it incriminated him and ostracized him from society: so be it. He had no place here but the role of the reaper. The streets shall run red with the blood of his purge to create a world free of fakes and villains.
It would come all in time.

The League Of Villains was a disappointment, Stain found. Rumored to be the next best thing, but run by a man child with no conviction.
The bar Stain had been invited to was old and dusty. A jukebox in the corner, like of bar stools near the front, and a blank tv. There was a torn poster of All Might that Stain eyed. It looked as if claws had raked over it, tearing it. Somehow he knew it was a show of anger towards the man. Unfortunate-
