This chapter is basically mostly Giyu angst-

Urokodaki was training Makomo as Sabito was watching them.
"Ouch.." Giyu said as Sabito chuckled
"That's not funny Sabito!" Giyu pouted
Giyu fell from a branch, that wasn't supporting his weight.
"Here, get up" Sabito said as he went towards Giyu and helped him up
Giyu smiled "Thanks Sabito"
He smiled back and nodded "No problem and next time, check if the branch can support your weight" He teased
"Sabito!" Giyu whined as Sabito chuckled
"Alright, alright....but I'm actually serious- be careful next time"
Giyu smiled and nodded "Don't worry!"
"Hey guys! Are you excited? Going to the final selection tommorow?" Makomo asked as she came over to them.
Sabito smiled "Yep, I'm ready to kill some demons!"
Giyu admired Sabito's bravery and nodded. "I agree with Sabito! But I'm honestly kind of scared for it"
He chuckled nervously as Makomo smiled and patted his shoulder "Don't worry Giyu! We are here to protect you!"
Urokodaki walked over to them.
"It's getting late and good job on your guys training today. You all need to sleep now, save the energy for the final selection."
Makomo nodded and looked at Sabito and Giyu.
"Race you guys!" She giggled she ran towards their home.
"Oh, it's on!" Sabito followed and Giyu went last.
"Hey, wait up!" Giyu yelled
"Wake up...."
"Wake up Giyu...."
"OI! WAKE UP!"
Giyu jumped out of his bed, seeing Makomo next to his bed.
"Good morning sleepy head" She smiled
"Can you like- next time can you just shake me lightly or something..?" Giyu said
"Can't promise! But today we are going to the final selection!" Makomo said
"Alright...I'll be out in five minutes.." Giyu rubbed his eyes
"Okay!" She walked away
After changing, Giyu went outside and saw Makomo and Sabito. She waved to him as he waved back and smiled.
"Where's Urokodaki?" Giyu asked
"He told us that he is visiting someone" Sabito answers as Giyu nodded
"Guys! We are finally here!" Makomo said as they saw bunch of Wisteria around them.
Giyu's was amazed on how beautiful they are.
Once they actually made it to the place, they saw a lot of demon slayers in the final selection.
"Woah...there is a lot participating this year.." Giyu said
"Yeah..." Sabito agreed
"27.....28....29....30.....31.... there is at least 32 demon slayers here, including us!" Makomo said proudly
"Do you really have to count on how many people are here?" Sabito asked
"What??? It's just a habit!" Makomo whined as Giyu chuckled
"Sure, sure..." Sabito said sarcastically
Soon two girls appeared in front.
"First, I would like to thank everyone here for participating in this year's final selection" One girl said
"To pass final selection, you need to survive seven nights with the demons" The other girl said
