*Flashback*
"I don't want to go back to the closet," you yell at the boy pulling towards the darn thing. "It's dark and scary in there!"
"Shut up!" He yells pushing you in. You notice Cole standing there.
"Please help me!" You scream as the boy shuts the door. You can hear them laughing behind the door. You start to cry.
*End Flashback*
You slowly open your eyes observing your surroundings, you're in a dark and damp cave. You groan when you start to move. As you get up you see Kai, you could never miss his red gi (a/n its a ninja's outfit).
"Kai, where are we?" you ask, helping him up off the dirt floor.
"Who's Kai?" he said.
"You can't remember your own name?" you say with a hint of fright in your voice.
"So that's my name," Kai says with wonder, " My name is cool!"
"Kai . . ." you groan, " We have to keep moving; whoever is trying to kill us is trying to make you forget first . . . no wonder my head hurts. They were trying to give me amnesia."
You both walk for what seems miles, when you find Jay wandering.
"Jay!" you call out to him.
"Y/n!? Kai!? Thank heavens you're alive!" he exclaims as he hugs you both.
"Where's Cole, Nia, Sensei Wu, Zane, and Lloyd?" you say.
"I don't know, I've been wandering for a while now," he says scratching the back of his head.
"You mean we are all scattered across the desert looking for each other while Pythor is left loose terrorizing the streets with his serpentine companions? I hate snakes! They probably did this to us! Leaving us here for dead." you yell at the top of your lungs.
"Well, we've got a long road ahead of us. Let's get get going," you huff out. You all make it back to the monastery where the shattered pieces lay.
"No . . ." you whisper. You see a battered body, it's Nia's.
"Nia. . . Nia. Nia! NIA!!" Jay yells as he runs to her side.
"Jay, there is a chance we can still save Nia," you say putting your hand on his shoulder," but your going to have to trust me and -"
"No we have to get moving, snakes are coming." Kai tells you. Picking up Nia, you all run into the Birchwood forest.
"Hey, we can find Zane in here I bet." says Jay. Your glad he spoke. He's been in shock since we found Nia wounded at the monastery.
