The Cheerleader, The Bad Boy, and The Baby

CHAPTER 1

I walked into the room and set my stuff down, walked to the mat and started stretching. I was the first one as always even before the coaches. About half way through my stretches my best friends Mark, Wyatt, and Chase walked in, they are the only 3 boys on the entire West Rockvalley High School Cheerleading team. They are also my bases and back spot in my stunt group.

" Hey At" Wyatt called out as he put his stuff down by mine.

" Hey Wyatt" I said, giving him a hug when he walked up to me.

The three of them continued stretching with me. Not long after the coaches walked in, Coach Lea and Coach Zoe.

" Not surprised to see you here this early Atlas, Wyatt, Mark, and Chase." Lea said sitting down at the desk

" Well I like to be early" I said, getting up from my splits.

Not long after all the other girls showed up and we began practice. Today we warmed up with stretching, and tumbling. I'm the main tumbler for the team so I always go first in line.

" Atlas I want you to do a roundoff, back handspring, into a tuck ok?" lea said telling me what to do down the mat.

"Ok" I said, preparing to do as I was told. I did it perfectly and was very proud.

" Let's move onto cheers everyone," Zoe said.

~20 minutes later~

" GO GRIZZLIES, GO GRIZZLIES, LET'S GO GRIZZLIES" We all said in unison while cheering.

" Ok that's enough cheering, get some water then to your stunt groups" Lea said after we finished the cheer.

" Ugh I'm so ready to go home and cuddle with Blake," I said to Wyatt while walking to the fountain to get water. " he promised to take me on a date tomorrow." I said excitedly thinking about the date my boyfriend of 2 years was gonna take me on.

" Sounds fun girl" Wyatt said, not too happy. He hates Blake with a burning passion, he thinks it's because Blake is gonna hurt me but I know he wouldn't do that.

I got into my stunt group, since it was the beginning of the season we had new flyers so I was showing them what to do.

" 5-6-7-8, 1-3-5-7," Mark said behind me counting the stunt as we went up to do a show and go to show everyone.

"That was really good," Wyatt said after setting me down from the stunt.

" Yeah it was," I said, stepping away.

" OK, we are going to put the rest of you in your stunt groups, so listen carefully," Zoe said, looking at a sheet of paper to tell everyone else their stunt groups. " First we have Atlas, Wyatt, Mark, Chase, and Lillie, then we have Lexi, Allie, Elianna, and Jessie, then in the last stunt group we have, Shay, Chloe, Amber, and lastly, Jayden."

~1 hour 30 minutes later~

" Ok, that's enough practice for today, we will continue tomorrow" Lea told us after we finished stretching again.

I walked out to my car, a 2015 Mitsubishi Evo 7 all white and black. I got in and started my car, connected my phone to the Bluetooth and waited for my little brother to get out of football practice, to bring him to our dads house.

When I was 9 my mom and dad divorced, my brother was 7 and he lives with our dad and I live with mom. Henry ( my brother) walked out of practice and over to my car, when he got in he looked pissed

" You good Hen?" I asked.

" No, coach said that if I don't get my F up to at least a B- then I can't play in the game on Friday" he said getting up set.

I started my car, put it into reverse and then into drive and start heading to my dad's house.
