ᴛᴏᴏ ᴍᴜᴄʜ ғᴏʀɢɪᴠᴇɴᴇss .

i woke up early , back on my regular schedule .

it was 9 at the time .

chris was still sleep because he had nothing to do today &' when he sleeps in .. it's worse than me sooo , food might be done by the time he get up .

i got up &' showered then i went downstairs .

it smelt so good , it was definitely about done .

i started on the mac n cheese since that would be the 2nd longest thing to cook .

i added 3 different cheese's .

i then started on the green beans , i loveee the idaho potatoes you put in them , well .. that's how i did it when i was growing up .

then i started the cabbage , not much to that but washing it off &' sautéing it .

the potato salad was the easiest thing to make , so i made it last .

an hour passed .

the food was done , but i wasn't that hungry at the time .

i turned everything down to about 1 so nothing burned .

i went back upstairs to chris still being sleep , i turned on the tv .

as i was about to fall asleep i got a text from brandon , i forgot all about him .

brandon - my flight leaves now . i'll be there about 5 .

i didn't even open the message , i read it from my messages without opening it .

i didn't even care to be honest , imma let chris handle that .

as i was dozing off AGAIN may facetimed me , i hesitated to answer because i really wanted to go to sleep , &' i looked a hot mess .

i answered .

may - hello .

lee - hello .

may - whatcha doinn ?

she kept looking around as if someone was watching her .

lee - well i was finna go back to sleep - speaking of sleep y are u up so early ?

may usually sleeps in till like 12 , 1 , 2 , or hell even 3 .

i sleep in late , but not that damn late , unless otherwise .. but i'm usually a morning bird . sometimes a night owl ..

may - we're coming to see u !

she said with her voice filled with so much excitement . she was cheesing pretty hard too .

i was excited to see them too , i was over exaggerating about the whole another group chat thing , it was probably just a coincidence .

lee - oh really now ?

may - yesss , it's been so long since we've seen u .

lee - well i can't wait to see u guys , y'all comin in a plane right ?

right as i said plane , it was such a coincidence that brandon might be on the same plane as them .
