3rd pov:
Nick and Carter quickly awoken to the car bouncing up in the air after hitting a speed bump that seemingly wasn't there before, "Holy, jeez Anastasia, I almost fell out the car," Nick said half exaggerating while Carter slowly came to his senses, "Please, just call me Ana, it'd be easier on both you and me," Ana said in a tired voice, it seemed as though we'd been driving nonstop for the past couple days and Ana looked like she needed a break so Carter suggested stopping at a hotel and soon enough they ended up in a nice hotel in Utah.

Nick's pov:
We finally were able to stretch our legs after what felt like forever in that damb car, so much for extended seating space. I thought about how far we'd gotten within just a couple days, we had already gotten from downtown L.A, to salt lake city in Utah and yet we still have a long way ahead of us. "Man this bed is amazing, right Carter?" Me and Carter plopped down on one of the beds in exhaustion, "Yes dude, it's fuc-freakin amazing," Carter was about to say fuck but soon realized who he was with, "You best be careful with your guy's words." "Don't sweat, Ana, it's chill," I look over at Carter who kept changing the channels on the tv slightly giggling to himself.

3rd pov:
Carter gets up from the bed after becoming bored with the tv and runs toward the balcony to look at the view, they were on the 8th floor so there was a decent view and the whether complimented the sunset. "I can't believe that we have to live with your grandma," Carter sighed as he sat on the chair that was conveniently placed on the balcony. "I have to go live with her, your just making the option to go with me, stupid." Nick and Carter knew each other since they were born considering their mom's were best friends since highschool and they lived right next door from one another. "Hey, it's not my fault I can't just leave you by your lonesome," Carter had the most dumbest look on his face as to remembering one time where Nick almost burned the house down trying to make chocolate milk, "Hey, that wasn't my fault, milk is apparently flammable" the last part Nick said under his breath though Carter heard and laughed at the thought of how bad Nick is at simple instructions.

Nick's pov:
I couldn't sleep no matter how hard I tried, the events from what had happened that horrid day felt like it had been haunting me, so I did what any rational human being does, I thought about taking a midnight walk in a place that is unfamiliar to me. As I grabbed my parka I heard a shuffle behind me from one of the beds, "Nick? What the fuck are you doing up?" Carter whisper shouted at me, "Couldn't sleep, so I figured going out for a stroll wouldn't hurt," Carter looked at me as though he just heard someone say 'it says gullible on the ceiling' "You really can be dumber than I thought," "I take offense to that," "At least I know how to be smarter than a 3rd grader, seriously, going to take a walk by yourself in a place you don't even know? C'mon man, the least you could do is invite me," Carter said the last part dramatically as he put a hand to his head pretending to be sad.

Carter's pov:
Honestly, this man is gonna be the death of himself. "You do realize I'm going to accompany you on this journey, yes?" "Yea, yea, get your shit on and let's go, no need to go all shakespeare on me," I grab my sweater and we head towards the hotel entrance and head down the street and see a liquor store "Wanna go get snacks?" I said while pointing to the store, "Hell yeah, dude,"
