"Are you sure you're ok? That looks like a pretty bad mark..." Inko spoke in her normal soft voice.

Midoriya nodded as he blew on the hot spoon holding soup. He woke up that morning with a unusual red mark on his neck. It made his throat hurt and explained why he was unable to breathe well when asleep, but he believed it was some paranormal thing. Midoriya believed in paranormal activity and had a fun time watching youtube videos and even searching for things himself. He normally went with Shinso, but that guy could care less about ghosts and such.

"Don't worry ma, I'll be fine" Izuku spoke, clearing his throat.

After eating his breakfast, Inko dropped Midoriya off at school. He felt good being back home. Everything was familiar and understanding. Izuku took notes in class, spoke to his friends, and studied or watched videos in his free time.

Feeling much better than other days - despite his sore throat - Midoriya felt the urge to celebrate his return. In his own way, of course. He invited Shinso to go to an abandoned library he came across while using the computer at school. It was said that a fire was set off and many people were trapped inside.

"Lost souls in the library". Midoriya spoke, his blue journal in hand.

The purple haired boy stood beside Midoriya, looking up at the ruined building. "I'm not so sure this is safe. This place looks like its going to ruins".

"Relax, its been like this for decades". The greenette grabbed his friend's hand before leading him inside by force. You could say - Shinso never really agreed to coming along.

Izuku took a good look around by the entrance of the library. From where he stood, only pieces of the building where lightened, the rest seemed dark enough to make him squint. Luckily, Izuku had came prepared. Slipping the strap off his shoulder, Izuku tugged his red bag open. He stuffed the notebook inside and pulled out two flashlights.

"Here", he handed Shinso a flashlight before putting the back back over his shoulder, "Lets keep close 'cause this place is super big".

"I wouldn't be surprised if this was old royalty grounds...tsk".

Izuku rolled his eyes and began to walk. His foot steps didn't really echo on the dusted ground, and the air was dusty but comfortable. Nothing that signed of a ghost of sorts.

"Couldn't we just play games at your house or-"

"Shhhh!!" Izuku hushed Shinso, walking to the stairs that were semi-ruined. Confirming it was safe, Izuku took a step, then another and another. The old steps creaked under his weight, groaning like an old man with back problems.

Above all, nothing in the library gave off paranormal activity. Midoriya pressed his back against the wall, scribbling facts about the library and the false information that was given on the internet. He was honestly a bit disappointed.
