"warner is here." those were the last words i read before Chris barged into the room.
"hellooo to my favourite person ever", chris said cheerfully.
"hello to my least favourite person ever ", i said noticing the slight rise in his thick eyebrows as that sentence left my mouth.
"wow anyone but you kiara , anyone but you. cmon you're supposed to be my ride or die, the Stiles to my Scott, the Diana to my Anne, the jj to my John b, the-"
"okay okay, I get it and of course I am, I mean how would you survive without me, honestly I don't know what you'd do. would u even be alive if it wasn't for me? the amount of pepsis you've nearly downed in one hour- don't even get me started."
"now now ki it isn't fair to hold that against me, its not my fault they're so good"
"yeah well maybe you should have some water once in a while".
"ugh whatever, now get up matts taking us McDonalds and you need to stop reading and get out of MY bed or have u forgotten this is my room and not urs." he said as he stood with his hands on his hips like a total mom. before I could process his next move he full on tackled me.
"CHRISTOPHER! GET OFF ME! YOU FOLDED MY BOOK COVER! OH IM SO GOING TO KILL YOU." I managed to just about breathe that out.
"can u both stop being children for once and hurry up, I have things to do."
chris sighed and got off me -finally.
"yeah yeah I was just getting ki, we're coming jheez."
as I straightened my posture my eyes met matts. a few moments passed until he just had to open his mouth.
"take a picture it'll last longer." he said smirking slightly.
"omg could I get an autograph too, im such a huge fan" I said, pretending fan myself.
he just rolled his eyes and walked away. good, I wasn't going to let him ruin the first day of my holidays aka marking the beginning of a week full of rewatching rom coms, horror movies and marvel films for me chris nick lilah grayson and ... matthew unfortunately.

"chris you do not need two large drinks, you'd think after our little talk about cutting down on the pepsis you'd be a little concerned."
"kiara u sound like my mother right now, ill be fine stop worrying so much."
"fine then don't come to my house at 3am crying next time telling me how much you love me, because u have chest pains thinking you're about to die." one perk of living a block away from the triplets was that I was never alone, they'd just show up unannounced like it was their house, well so did I but that's totally besides the point.
"OMG I REMEMBER THAT" nick said nearly chocking on his fries.
"nick that's disgusting you're spitting everywhere." matt spoke.
"okay whatever. ha ha so funny, at least you know i'm not a fake friend ki." chris spoke rolling his eyes.
"aww chris I appreciate it so much, in fact lets re watch the video I have of you confessing your dear love for our friendship".
"NO-". he was suddenly stopped as matt began to drive the minivan out of nowhere.
"MATTHEW IM STILL EATING WHAT THE FUCK" I exclaimed.
"too late I don't have all day for pure nonsense and need things from the mall so we're going."
"asshole." I muttered.

when they finally got to the mall they waited for grayson and lilah to arrive since nick texted them to come on their way. as kiaras eyes caught lilahs they both ran to each other as if they hadn't just seen each other 2 days ago at school.
"I missed u so much I feel like we haven't seen each other in forever."
"missed u more ki" lilah replied with a smile.
"im here too yknow" Grayson called from behind.
kiara instantly went to hug the boy as he returned the gesture and spun her around a little since he knew she liked it when he did that. the three boys caught up to them and greeted the pair.
"of course I missed you gray, thank god you're here actually you can help me stay sane around these guys'. she pointed to the triplets.
"sup bro" chris said as they did "their" handshake. when in reality it was the one ned and peter did in spider-man.
as they walked around the mall talking about who's music taste was better chris swung his arm around kiara earning a wary look from matt but he knew how matt felt about kiara and he was their number 1 supporter. team katt for life bby. to chris, kiara was his best friend . A 'platonic soulmate' -a feeling of deep connection and understanding, without the romance typically associated with the term soulmate- that's what Kiara is to him. he wouldn't know what to do without her. she was always there for him day in and day out and she helped him more than she knew and he wouldn't change that for anything he loved and appreciated her so much.
nick on the other hand adored the hell out of the girl. kiara and nick were the ultimate duo. to nick, kiara was like a safe place. with her he felt like he could tell her everything and she would never judge him for that. which is why when he came out, the first person he told was his ki and she was over the moon for him although she knew him so long she already knew he was gay but waited for him to realise on his own.
then you have matthew bernard sturniolo. the boys wouldn't have known kiara if it wasn't for him. one summer day when they were just at the age of 4, the pair first met each other the summer before kindergarten at the store. turns out the both loved twix a lot. so much that their parents found them both fighting in the candy isle over the last packet of twix. lets just say Marylou and Catalina ,their mothers, had a hard time breaking them apart. ever since then they would try to get back at each other and the grudge lasted till this day. however whilst they fought, kiara became closer to the other two triplets and they became inseparable. although matt and kiara didn't get along 99% of the time, they cared for one another and when someone tried to pick on matt in 4th grade kiara got her first suspension, for punching the kid right in his nose. so although they seemed like enemies to others and thought so themselves a small part of them yearned for each other and cared more than the pair thought.
whilst they were walking around after shopping nick had an idea and told them to follow him.
they all walked into urban outfitters and nick decided they'd buy an outfit for each other as a little challenge for the vlog.
"okay chris you pick something for grayson, grayson for chris and then me and lilah and that leaves matt and kiara." he says to his camera.
"NO WHY AM I WITH MATT BRUH?" I complained.
"don't get too excited "
"whatever lets just go."
