Hey! My name's Ed, and I'm not exactly the most popular at school. In fact, i haven't had a real friend since elementary.
Elementary was when I met my closest and only friend. Shrek. I was all alone sitting under a tree in the corner of the schoolyard, terrified of all the other kids. I was close to tears; i just wanted to go home. That was, until he showed up.
I remember the day we became friends like it was yesterday:

"Hey! Are you ok?" Asked shrek, a concerned look in his muddy brown eyes. "I- um.." i couldn't even utter a word, i was too busy panicking. New things scare me.
"Where are your friends? Do you have any?" Said the ogre, curious to know what was making me so upset. "N-no. I don't have any friends. No one wants to be my friend." Tears started to fall from my eyes.
I suddenly felt the brown-eyed boy's arms wrap around me. "I'll be your friend!" He exclaimed. At this, I hugged shrek so tightly he could barely breath. "Thank you!" I sniffled. I had finally made my first friend!

Things seemed good, everything was going great! Until he met farquad. Him and farquad became friends shortly
after we joined middle school, they spoke about girls and football and pretty much all the stuff i was never interested in.
Needless to say farquad didn't have the best influence on shrek. He somehow made shrek build up a huge resentment towards me. They bullied me all through middle school and i just know it's gonna continue through high school.
