JASON'S POV

WHEN we got to the hospital they rushed inside the ER and I  followed behind them they placed her in a room in the ER and I sat in a chair off to the side.
I was very nervous and realized I left my mask at home but I was too worried about my wife.
The nurse came in to do some stuff while asking me questions.
I answered to the best of my ability.
Then it was 45 minutes before the doctor come into the room to do an exam on Ames.
Turns out she had a heart attack.
So he placed her in her own room to monitor her for a few days and gave her meds she she won't even dream at all.
When the doctor left the room I dragged the chair over to her bedside and layed my head on the bed by her head.
I gently placed my hand on hers and felt the tears well up in my eyes.
I kissed her forehead and lay my head back down.
I swear I'll kill Kruger if it's the last thing I do.
I must have fallen asleep because I woke to hear Ames talking to nurse and I saw the nurse put a needle in Ames arm,I about lost it on the nurse I went to snatch the the needle out of the nurses hand,but Ames stopped me saying she was just checking my blood work.
the nurse eyed me and looked a bit afraid.
Good I thought you better not hurt my wife again!
The nurse finally left the room.
Ames sighed and told me it was the nurses job to take blood every so often.
I kissed her softly on the mouth and sat back down and took her hand in my own.
We sat in silence for a while then Ames turned on the TV and put on a Disney movie.
We watched Disney channel for a while before Ames fill back asleep.
I left the TV on went to get something to eat at the cafeteria before heading back to her room I stopped by the gift shop and found something for my wife,a stuffed lion with a heart.
I snuck back into Ames hospital room and set the stuffed animal by her in the bed then I ate my food while I watched her sleep.
