"No. No it's not what you think at first magagalit na dapat ako sa kanya pero inunahan niya ko ng masamang tingin she said she already know what I'm thinking sabi niya it's for your own good naman daw 'yon if I don't want you to get treated then wag daw akong maniwala sa kanya so I decided to consult a psychologist without you knowing because even though what Lovely's thinking is right she didn't want to tell me unless I consult an expert and after knowing your situation she said that it could be a selective amnesia and the possible causes are anger, betrayal and that something traumatic happen to you involving that one person." mahabang paliwanag ni kuya ngayon medyo naliliwanagan na ako.
"But why did you hide it from me?"
"Because we know you and that is exactly the reason why we need to hide it from you. Also, the doctor said we should let you know it by yourself kasi kapag sinabi namin sayo pipilitin mong maka alala and that will make the situation even worse you need to remember yes, but knowing the situation is the process not forcing to remember. You want me to call Lovely now so she can explain it to you in psychological matter?" Kuya said.
"Yes please." at lumabas na si kuya para tawagan ang best friend nya.
"Zand can you resume your story to tell?" bigla naman nagliwanag ang mukha ni Zandrew or Fin I don't know pero yun rin ang ikinalito ng mukha ng mga kaibigan ko.
"So all this time you know each other?" Zandrew spoke nalilito.
"Yes! I told you kuya at met her in America hindi ko pa nga naisip na Filipino rin siya dahil sa accent niya and specially her features not a Filipina." at ikina ngiti naman yun ni Fin. "Anyways I met her at your welcome party may kausap siya sa phone and I heard her talking in Filipino so I approach her and 'yon we started to become close I really didn't know that she's the girl." she apologetically said upon her sudden realization.
"The fuck! So all this time nasa isang lugar lang kami." sabi ni Fin na nakapag pa tawa sa mga kaibigan ko.
Pumasok ulit si Kuya tapos na siguro siyang makipag usap. "She'll be here and she said nobody should leave. We should all know about the situation and how to deal with it. Hintayin daw natin siya." sabi niya at bumalik sa kanina niyang inuupunan
"So anyway, Ish believe me Kuya suffer a lot that's also the reason why I move out of our house because I can't take it anymore. Every night while and after drinking all he can say is 'Duch I'm sorry, Forgive me please' just that he will say that every fucking night. In the morning pagka gising niya pa lang titingin siya sa wallpaper niya and the frame in his bedside table never did I imagine that it's you. I just look at the girl in the photo once kaya rin pala pag naririnig ko yung voice sa phone ni kuya akala ko nasa bahay ka but he didn't let me hold his phone nor see his wallpaper and those videos he never let me. But you know my Kuya loves you so much Ish I saw it lalo na kapag kinukwento ka niya sa akin he will tell your story with so much affection so much love and happiness na everytime mag kukwento siya he will smile like he's imagining it. And those are the only time I will see him smile kasi babalik siya sa pagiging cold niya pagka tapos ng kwento niya and that made me sad kaya kahit paulit ulit kwento niya I never get tired of listening because that'll be the only time I will see his smiles." mahabang kwento ni Zandra na naiiyak at naka tingin sa kapatid niya.
Nasa mahaba kaming katahimikan ng may kumatok at pumasok na lang basta dire diretso siyang naglakad at pinaalis si kuya sa inuupuan nito at siya ang pumalit. The only person who can give orders to Kuya is her and me. Wala naman nagawa si Kuya sumimangot lang at pumunta sa tabi ko.
"Kung wala lang siyang sasabihin hindi ko yan papapuntahin dito eh." bulong bulong ni Kuya sa akin na nakapag pangiti samin na mga katabi niya because we all know her temper Kuya wouldn't dare to talk to her like that.
Masama siyang tinignan ni Ate Lovely tinaasan niya pa ito ng kilay bago kami hinarap ng seryoso niyang mukha and that look will only tell you that 'if you don't listen then just fucking go' look.
"So, I thought it will take 10 years for you to know this. Should I fucking thank you for showing up? ha Fin?" she said sarcastically. "I have a question for you before I explain her case. What the last happen to both of you before the accident happen?" she asked Fin.
"I'm also confused because she suddenly wanted to broke up with me the 3 days before her accident but I didn't approve to that but after telling me that she wanted to broke up with me umalis siya agad so I don't have the time to ask anymore. That was the last time we talked but I didn't give up pumupunta ako sa bahay nila every night after school it's just that she didn't show up until the last day Lolo told me that I'm studying in America so I chose to go without her knowing little did I know the day I arrived is also the day she got kidnapped." mahaba niyang kwento na tinawanan ni Airad at malakas itong bumuntong hininga.
"You really didn't know why she wanted to break up with you? You really don't have an idea?" tiim bagang niyang saad.
"Would I act like this if I know rad? You think I would?" he sarcastically said.
Umubo kunwari si Ate Lovely bago tinignan ng masama ang dalawa. "Did I told you to fight in front of me? Do I look like asking about your unanswered questions? I only want to know the reasons about the break up not that fucking unanswered question of yours. I don't care about your sufferings." Sa mga ganitong sitwasyon lumalabas ang tunay niyang ugali everyone will tell her she act and look like an angel but we will just laugh at that because we know that that's not the real her.
"You didn't showed up on your anniversary date that she prepared for 4 fucking night Fin pero pina lagpas niya 'yon kasi sabi mo raw you're fucking busy and needed to attend an important matter with your family so even she cried that whole night she didn't complain hindi ka rin niya inaway but after 2 days she suddenly run toward us crying she's holding an envelope and when we look at that envelope gusto ka namin sugudin Fin gusto ka nila pag bubugbugin pero you know what Duch did? She fucking beg us not to hurt you kasi raw baka you have your reasons. The hell did she become so understanding kahit nasa harap na niya lahat ng pwedeng dahilan ng pagdududa niya." Huminga ng malalim si Airad bago tumingin sa amin.
"If she understand what's happening why did she chose to broke up with me? And what's inside the envelope?" sunod sunod na tanong ni Fin pero madilim na mga mata lang ang binigay nila at alam ko na wala ng balak sagutin ni Airad ang tanong na iyon.
May narinig akong tumikhim. Si Mark
"She watch you talking sweetly to the girl in the picture. She also saw you kiss that girl that's why she broke up with you. What's the girl name again?" sinabi ni Mark na parang wala lang 'yon.
Gulat naman siyang tinignan ni Fin.
