Im in the closet with zed and Treece you my be wondering why am I in the closet when this is my house well im dressed in my costume and I didn't want my dad to see me I look at zed then he looks away I can see him blush a bit witch I chuckled too
"You day showering now son?" I hear my dad ask
" uh just uh- b-butt cramps!" I hear Argo say and I mentally slap myself
"Excuse me?" My dad says confused
"I- uh you leaving now?"Argo nervously ask
"Yeah, there's been some new developments" my dad says I saw him walking and he walked on the Comic-Con pass
*shit* I thought as I mentally slap myself again
"Beth has taken ill she can't babysit and longer" my dad say and I look at zed smiling remembering that moment then blush on what almost happened
"What? Man that's just awful!" Argo said with sarcasm in his voice but dad didn't seem to notice
"Yeah.." my dad said
"But wait! ,Does this mean you have to cancel your important business trip?" Argo said *shit* I thought again
"No.never. To many people are depending on me" my dad side then we all listened close
"This summer you really started showing me something throwing away that silly star crasher comic strip you were wasting your time on with Novak"
I swear I will slap him if he talks about him like that again I thought while me and see shared a look
"Yea the old you would probably be dressed up in some silly costume and begging me to go to comic con,but this you, this new you has a chance to earn my trust this weekend"my dad says
"T-this weekend? Dad do you mean I-" Argo asked and we all do a little cheer then my dad pushed on the closet causing us to stop
"You've been asking all summer to have your first solo mission." My dad says We sigh happily because he didn't notice us
"Nows your chance to prove yourself." My dad says the the alarm saying tom dunking snack time started playing
"Yes"we all Softly said and I hug zed he hugs back
"Like clockwork, Tom dunkins!"my dad said while to dog walked in
(Time skip to after right before he leaves)
"Hiding, while paperweights like Novak fester in woodshop"my dad says
zed looked upset, I was pissed. I took his hand in mine and gave him an apologetic look and he smiled
My dad left after a minute of still talking to Argo then we got out of the closet
