7 year old.

First meet.

Little Lexa playing sand on the beach with her family. Because she was bored with the parents talking and had no friends to play with other than her cousin Anya who was now sleeping on the girl's mother's lap, Lexa decided to go around the beach. She walked along the beach and accidentally saw a girl who she estimated to be the same age as her standing crying by the sea, half of her pants were already wet from being exposed to sea water, Lexa decided to approach the girl.

"Hey, why are you crying?" Little Lexa asked in a soft voice while touching the girl's shoulder.

"I-I'm separated from my family" the girl replied while sobbing.

"What's your name?"

"H-Hazel" replied the girl.

"Well, Hazel, how about you just come with me? We're going to my family, after that, I'll ask them to help find your family, how about it?"

"B-but I don't know who you are"

"My name is Lexa. Now that you know who I am, do you want to come with me?" Lexa stretched out her hand, little Hazel nodded and grabbed Lexa's hand. After that Lexa brought Hazel to ask her family for help to find Hazel's family.

10 years old.

Knock knock.

The dark chocolate door was opened from the inside by a middle-aged woman who smiled when she saw a 10 year old girl standing in front of her holding a box of ice cream.

"Hi Mrs. Woods"

"Hi, Hazel. Here for Lexa?" Hazel nodded enthusiastically.

"Come on in, she's in her room"

"Thankyou Mrs. Woods" Hazel ran to Lexa's room, without knocking on the door first, Hazel just walked in.

"Lexa I brought ice cream!!" Hazel shouted, holding the ice cream box high above her head.

Lexa who was lying on her bed immediately jumped when she heard Hazel's voice and immediately ran to hug the girl.

"Why did you take so long? I thought you wouldn't come" Lexa said still hugging Hazel.

"Sorry, dad and I took Raven to her friend first"

"It's okay, the important thing is that you're here now"

"ice cream and cartoons?"

"Yes!"

13 years old.

Hazel was carrying Lexa who was standing behind her, the two of them were racing bicycles with Raven and Murphy, their new friends when they entered middle school.

"Hurry Zel! We have to win!" Lexa shouted from behind Hazel.

"Don't move too much! We might fall later!" Hazel shouted back.

"Prepare for you to lose!" Raven who was riding with Murphy shouted from in front of them.

"Never!" Hazel screamed and then pedaled faster without warning, causing Lexa, who was not holding tightly to Hazel, to wobble, because Lexa was wobbling, Hazel also had difficulty keeping the balance of the bicycle and as a result they both fell.
