in short, I've been really stressed recently and I'm pretty sure u guys are too

BUT NO NEED TO WORRY CUZ MIA IS HERE TO HELP U GET THROUGH THIS SHIT

so here are some stress tips for you:

❀ if you have too much to do and you feel overwhelmed ❀
1. spend 30 min - 1 hour doing whatever you want (yes anything! go paint your nails or watch an episode of friends on Netflix; just please don't start a new 139 chaptered fanfic and set a certain time)
2. write a list of everything you have to do
3. break it up into smaller sections
4. start doing each task one by one (and set a certain time to do each task in!!!!)
5. it'll all seem smaller and achievable and before you know it you'll be half way through
6. take a 10 min snack break and then finish the second half

❀ when you don't feel like writing an essay/college apps ❀
1. just remember taylor swift wrote the speak now album all by herself so if she can do that you can get through this essay
2. write down a list of topics you want to cover on notepad
3. outline
4.rough draft and editing
5. snack break [v v important]
6. finalll draft
7. go on paper grader or other helpful websites {*HELPFUL WEBSITES LISTED BELOW}

❀ parental stress/ peer pressure ❀
there is honestly no steps to get over this but just remember a couple of things
1. reach to YOUR highest potential (yes your siblings or friends might be better but that's okay !!!)
2. ignore everyone and focus on doing your best
3. it's okay if you don't meet up to their expectations (just like shake it off)
4. get off tumblr and wattpad and try harder
5. but always remember if you don't succeed iz okay boo
6. my dad always told me that if I try hard and I don't get a good grade that's okay. but if I don't try hard that's not okay
