Before I knew it the show was over. Wow what an experience that was. I couldn't believe that it was time for me to go already. But not before I had a drink at the local. But whilst I was waiting in the que for a drink, I saw a familiar face... It was Josh.

"Hey", I said to him.

"Hiya!" he said back, as we hugged each other.

I was delighted to see him. We've not seen each other face to face since April that year, so it was good to see a familiar face. We talked about many things, but there was one thing playing on my mind.

"You're literally sweating!" I pointed out.

He didn't seem to care though, "Don't worry about it", he said, "I'm always like this!". And soon afterwards I got my drink and headed upstairs into the function room.

I go up, and I see the room full of people with various different types of characters. These were some of the performers were having a laugh, to some of my friends from my acting class giggling and pointing. I was intrigued to see this, so I decided to follow over.

"What are you talking about?" I asked.

"Hey you", said Mabel, "And shush! I think they're flirting!"

"Who?" I asked.

They pointed out the two people. One of them was a performer, and the other was someone from my class. I couldn't really tell if they were flirting or not, as they just looked like two people who were talking about life. But one of them spotted us.

"We weren't doing anything," I pointed out.

She could tell though. We couldn't help but chuckle. But then one of them had to go. She was a lovely lady. In her 50s but looks ten years younger, like Jennifer Aniston. I really wanted to know the secret of her appearance, and my guess was a healthy balanced diet, exercise, and moisturiser.

"Right, I need to go," she stated, "My husband is here. But it was lovely to meet you all."

"Aw bye bye darling," I said as I hugged her.

"Bye," said my other friend as she headed off.

This was my que to head back downstairs for some fresh air. I then bumped into Dylan, the same person who walked me from the chippy just to make sure I was okay.

"You having a nice time so far?" he asked.

"Yeah, I am actually," I replied, "just heading outside for some fresh air. It's starting to get a bit hot."

"Yeah, it is hot," he acknowledged, "And Casey and Barry are outside if you want to say hi. They're lovely people."

"I'll definitely consider that offer! Thanks, "I replied as I made my way downstairs." Dylan was a lovely lad. Very kind and considerate.

On my way down, I saw another friend I met on a screen acting course back in April. I was so excited to see him I couldn't contain myself.

"Hey," he said.

"Hey," I replied as we hugged each other.

"You look lovely," he noticed.

I couldn't help but blush, and I just replied with a simple, "Thanks."

"We have to organise a day out with Sarah and Maisy someday."

"I know. It's a trip that's definitely needed."

We both smiled at each other as I headed downstairs.

"Sorry," I said as he noticed that I was going the other way, "But it's a bit hot up there."

"I know," he immediately agreed whilst giving off a chuckle.
