Finals and championships are coming up. Both me and Kendi have been stressing out, and her dad who is also my coach hasn't been answering his phone or coming to practice.
I just can't believe he would up leave his fucking family like that and also the team he always pushed us to succeed and work hard but when we needed him the most he up and left us...
Now my dad is coaching us, this is the dumbest idea Kendi has come up with asking my dad to coach us all the way up to the championship. I haven't seen my dad this much since I moved out. I never knew he had this much free time.
With all the basketball and Kendi's dad situation I've been trying to study to get it off my mind so me and Kendi have been studying together I try to make it fun with you know...sex.
But kendi has been so focused on trying to get in contact with her dad and then checking up on Imani. We barely have any time to have sex...
I will always wait for her and never pressure her, but I just want something to get off my mind.
Kendi has been staring at the wall in the library for 15 minutes while fiddling with her pen.
"Kendi," I said tapping her shoulder
She doesn't answer
I slammed my book to get her attention she jumps
"Lorenzo! We're in a library," she says
"Yeah in the library to fucking study but you haven't opened your book since we got here... And it's been an hour, Kendra." I said
She looks down at her books and her laptop.
"Relax Lorenzo. It's not a big deal," she says slumping in her chair.
"Bellissima, I get it. I really do but we have other things to worry about." I said trying to grab her hand but she moves it
"So you're telling me that my dad literally leaving and not answering his phone is not important enough?" she says
I throw my head back putting my hands on my face to hide me rolling my eyes.
"I didn't say that babe," I said
"Are you serious, you're really rolling your eyes again Lorenzo," she says
"Bellissima," I said putting my hands down and looking at her
"It's fine Lorenzo Brian. I'll leave," she says getting up and packing her things.
"Sit down Kendra," I said
