Chapter 9|| "Your not crying?"

Hailey's POV:

It was finally the day that me and Dana were leaving to go to LA and meet the rest of the boys including the new member.

I was so excited I was packed and everything and I had about 3 hours until we left so I decided to just sit on my bed and go on my phone.

I went on insta and saw @davidchrisim5 followed me. I followed him back and checked out his account. He seemed cool and I was really excited to meet him. He was also cute but I couldn't see us together and plus I have a boyfriend. For how long though?

I started thinking about what me and Ryan were gonna do this summer with our relationship. Then all of a sudden Dana burst through my door and tackles me "READY TO GO ON TOUR WITH IM5," he screamed.

I pushed him off of me and screamed "TOTALLY," we both laughed.

We decided to invite the gang over real quick to say our goodbyes.

We both headed to Victoria's room to say goodbye.

We ran in her room jumping on top of her fake crying "We'll miss you brat," Dana said.

"Get out of my room," Victoria said irritated.

"What's gotten into her," I asked Dana loud enough so she could hear.

Dana shrugged "Not even a goodbye?" He asked Victoria.

Victoria shrugged.

Dana and I gasped and pretended to wipe fake tears.

"Ok fine," Victoria said giving in. She stood up and gave me and Dana a hug.

"I'll miss you guys, " she said during our group hug. "We'll miss you too Vic."

The three of us went downstairs and saw that our friends are here.

We all went up to my room including Victoria and talked about how we would miss each other.

Later on everyone left and it was just me Dana Victoria and Ryan. Ryan asked me if we could talk so we went out side leaving Dana and Victoria there.

Ryan and I went outside and sat on the swing. There was this silence between us that felt like it could go on for hours but was only a couple of seconds.

"This isn't gonna work," I said looking down.

"I know," he said. "Maybe when you get back but I can't do the long distance thing."

"I'll miss you"he continued as he got up to hug me. I did the same and kissed him on the cheek. "I'll miss you too."

After our silence he left and I went upstairs to Dana and Victoria to tell them the news.

"Your not crying?" Victoria said looking at me.

"Huh," I said looking at her confused.

"Well when people break up don't they at least cry or look sad or something," I just shrugged.

Of course I was sad but I guess I was just excited about the fact that I'm going to LA to see the boys again.

"Time to go," We could hear Dana's mom say. Mine and Dana's faces lit up with excitement.

We went downstairs and I said goodbye to my family. We put our stuff in the car got in and headed with Dana and his mom to the airport.
