River's POV:
I'm sound asleep, and I hear some noises. I wake up quickly and look around. in front of me, is a big black wolf. it growls at me, and I quickly stand up. then I start to see it change into a different shape. I hear bones cracking, and the fur is retracting into its skin. it's sounds pretty disgusting tho. It turns into what it looks like, a boy.... I look closer and I see that it's Blade. My eyes widen in fear, and I scream. He turns to me, and he covers my mouth whispering "River, don't scream? Please...?" He uncovers my mouth, and I take deep breathes. I keep asking him questions like "What do you want? Why arm you here!? Why did I just see you change from a wolf!" He replies "River, just calm down?" "Calm down!? Really!" he shoves me against the tree and smashes his lips against mine. He then pull away and whispers "I can tell you all this later River, but right now I need to get you to a safe place." I nod shocked and he walks with me going to a 'safe place' and then he's going to explain everything. Then in a distance, I hear more howling, and so does Blade. We look at each other in fear and we start running.
Blade's POV:
When me and River are walking, we start to hear some howling. we look at each other in fear, and we start running in the opposite direction from the howls. We continue to run as fast as we can to get away from them. I can't turn into a wolf, because I'm injured badly. I start to feel my leg giving out, but I just push myself.
*10 mins later*
I knew I shouldn't have pushed myself this much! Fuck!! The pain is unbearable!! I collapse to the ground, and I whimper loudly in pain. River turns around and rushes towards me. "Blade!! Are you okay!?" She yells. I keep holding my leg in pain, and I shake my head. She pulls me over to the side, and we hide under a tree. She then leans against it, and pulls me closer, so my head is against her chest. I scream out in pain, and she then holds me close calming me down. I take in sharp breaths, and I fall asleep to her singing softly to me. *7 hours later* I wake up, and I clutching her shirt tightly. I can feel her breathing, and I have to say that...she looks adorable. I start to hear little whimpers, and I look around to see where the sound is coming from. I realize it's coming from River.....
River's POV:
I'm dreaming, and it's one of my worst dreams ever! I feel like I can feel every little pain. I start to cry, and I feel someone hug me. I scream out "No!! Get off me!! Please!" He pulls me closer and comforts me. I soon fall asleep again.
Jaxson's POV:
I have started to give up...I don't know why though? I feel like she's just... DEAD. I turn back and start to walk home.
Blade's POV:
I hold her closer, and I rock back and forth. I whisper "shh, shh, shh it's okay. I'm here sweetie, I'm not gonna hurt you." She then starts clutching my shirt tightly, and I kiss her head. She wakes up and looks at me. I look back at her, and I smiles softly. She asks me "Does your leg still hurt?" I nod and she takes a pocket knife from her belt, and she starts up at where my mid thigh is, and she pokes a hole and slices it open, careful not to cut me. She takes a look, and searches though her bag and gets a first aid kit. She pulls out a water bottle, and pours water onto my wound, and I wince in pain. She notices, and she strokes her thumb gently on my cheek gently and grabs some cloth and wipes it clean. She further inspects my wound and pulls a couple of rocks out, and some glass. She then covers my mouth with her hand. She takes some needle and some thread, and stitches up my wound. I bite my lip hard, concealing some little yells. She then finishes up and wraps it firm but tight.
