°°Chapter 3: Break Time°°

"Okay. . .! Let's take a break!. . ."
Cuphead took a deep breath, they had been walking for a few hours and Bendy was starting to feel sick so it was best to take a break right now.
So Boris and Felix set up a fire to make soup and some over food, Cuphead was still holding Jackpot and Bendy was throwing up and Boris rushed to help him.

"I'll be fine Boris. . . Just a small episode. . ."
Boris walked back with Bendy wiping his mouth,"Okay, if you're sure and it looks like soup is ready, but it's not Bacon Soup.", Bendy groaned, he really wanted bacon soup again but he couldn't agree with Boris so he nods and Boris smiles.

"Another question I think needs to be answered."
Mugman turned to Felix,"How do you fit so much in that bag?", Felix lifted the bag,"Ah, this?", he gave it to Mugman to hold as he ate his soup,"I can't quite remember if it was my father's or grandfather's but it's A Magic Bag, or as I call it; My Bag Of Little Tricks.", Felix put his bowl down and took it back after Mugman shook it a few times,"It has infinite space for everything and anything, to top it off anything I put in will not weigh down. So it comes in handy with adventures.", Cuphead was surprised,"Huh. I'm interested in on how that bag works.", Felix shrugged,"I never asked but hey, it is pretty neat.", Bendy nods,"Yeah, it must be nice.", Felix nods, he lowered his hat a bit so the sun wasn't in his eyes.
"Huh-Is that a dog running towards us-?"
"Huh-?"
There they saw Goofy and Pluto,"Gosh! Hello guests!", Boris was shocked,"Mr Goofy???!", "Goofy!", they turned and saw Mickey and Oswald running towards Goofy,"Sorry- Oh, Boris and Bendy??", Boris smiled,"Hi, Mickey!", Boris titled his head,"How did you manage to find us or how did you get up here and why?", Mickey fixed his own hat, taking a break to catch his breath,"We. . . We were looking for Figaro. . . And uh. . . Pluto sniffed Figaro out. . .", Bendy and Mugman turned to Cuphead, he looked surprised as he stood up and handed Figaro back to Mickey,"Figaro?", "Oh! Thank Goodness!", Mickey sighed with relief, Felix stood up and fixed his coat, Oswald looked at them,"So, if I can ask, what are you all up to, we haven't seen you around town for 2 days.", Boris looked at Boris, who shrugged as he didn't know what to tell them but Bendy shrugged and decided to just tell them,"We're just on a mission to find something and getting some pieces along the way, and we're just taking a break.", Mickey was surprised,"Wait, you are?", Oswald nods,"Ah, I see.", Mugman stood up too,"Wait, so how did the cat get out of town because that's how we found Figaro.", Goofy shrugged, he took Figaro from Mickey,"I'll take Figaro back, Mick! No need to worry!", so Goofy was off with Pluto.

"So, uh, where are you heading next?"
"Ink Caven, we're just trying to find a shortcut so we can cut some time back.", Mickey turned to Oswald,"Ink Caven?", "I haven't heard that name in a while.", Oswald smiled a little,"I believe I remember the shortcut to get in quicker.", Boris smiled,"Really??", Felix sighed with relief,"That is helpful, as it is a bit of a hassle to get through the long way.", Mickey smiled,"We can help you boys out, we know quite a few shortcuts around here and perhaps we help you find what you need.", the group look at one another, Felix cleared his throat,"Do you two have self defence skills?", Mickey and Oswald looked at one another, Mickey smiled,"Actually yes.", "It's a long story but we do have history with self defence and fighting.", Cuphead shrugs,"I mean, Bendy and Boris run this whole thing and we'd have to catch you up on everything so far.", Boris and Bendy looked at one another, while Bendy didn't want two cirus people around but it would be nice to have someone know a few shortcuts.

"Fine."
"YAY, ADVENTURES!!"
Then a bunny kid jumped out of Oswald's bag!

"How-?"
"I wanted to help Daddy and have a adventure!"
. . .
"We carried a cat around for a bit so hopefully a kid won't be too hard-"
"Agreed. Let's catch you up on everything."
